  6. Is that NMN supplement really for the hair? The packaging says it's for general health I believe. And a quick research said NMN is trending for longevity but in the EU it's treated as a novelty product not to be sold to consume which means supplements aren't regulated at all. The reason seems to be a lack in overall studies on the subject
