so with Koda Kumi's 2026 tour titled Kingdom she might as well be teasing a sequel to her 2008 album of the same title with it~

I'm assuming Kuu heard the news that Madonna was recording a sequel to her 2005 Confessions on a Dance Floor album with the intent of releasing it in 2026 and felt like she should do the same with her 2008 Kingdom album…

anyway if Kuu really has been that hellbent on recording a sequel to that Kingdom album (which might as well be aptly called Kingdom II) so she can release it in 2026 then I'm hoping for two things:

that she's been basing the entirety of it on the sounds of her De-CODE cuts "ChaO", "Curly Hair", and "Celestia" (with those tracks being carried over to the album obviously alongside her 2024 singles "Jump to the Breeze" and "This Weekend"),
that it's not a cover/original song hybrid the way 2024's Unicorn was (bcuz I felt like a lot of the original material on it wasn't as good as the covers that got featured), and
that the entire album consists of just 12 tracks of mostly J-R&B music (in the same vein as "Curly Hair", "Celestia", and "This Weekend")

but in the meantime… well, stream all the Kuu songs I'd already mentioned alongside "Last Angel" and "BUT" from the 2008 Kingdom album y'all ^_^
