The fourth event, which will run until Saturday, February 28, 2026, will have the theme of Hokkaido. Guests can enjoy special menus at three restaurants in the building that interpret the bounty of the northern land, which becomes more delicious as the cold weather deepens, from Kitano’s unique perspective.
