
Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort will hold an “Ie Island Fair” from January 16 to March 31, 2026.
At “Amaha ji,” the à la carte menu will feature a roast beef rice bowl made with Hizakura beef round (3,500 yen), soki soba made with wheat produced on Ie Island (2,500 yen), and an Ie Island peanut and brown sugar cake served at the breakfast and dinner buffets.
At “Semare,” they will offer hand‑made pasta Bolognese using Hizakura beef and wheat produced on Ie Island (3,200 yen), pescatore with hand‑made pasta using Ie Island wheat (3,600 yen), and fritto misto of Ie Island tamann (local snapper), spear squid, and island shallots (3,200 yen).
At “Shisuku Grill,” the offerings will include a Hizakura beef sirloin (150g, 16,000 yen) and a Hizakura beef round tartare (3,500 yen), while “Hanari” will serve a cocktail combining Ie Island rum and brown sugar (1,800 yen). All prices include tax and service charge.
