



Hey all, I need some help with my tonkatsu. The only issue I have right now is that my pork loins weren't fully thawed so i put it in the microwave for 2.5 minutes but I forgot to use defrost instead of normal/high mode. Basically the pork had started to cook a bit but is still mostly raw. Just the outsides and edges arent fully raw. Is it still going to turn out okay with it like this or is is going to taste bad? Do i just need to decrease the cooking time? I have made tonkatsu before and it turned out great but that was with pork loins straight from the store so they'd never been frozen.
