Shibuya hosted one of the world’s biggest street parties on Thursday 31 October 2019 as the crowds headed there to celebrate Halloween 2019 in Tokyo.
Everyone from Shibuya Girls to Salarymen to University Students to Families to Visitors to Tokyo descended on the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Hachiko Square, Centre Gai and pretty much everywhere around. Maction Planet were there on the streets to capture the ghoulish revelry.
