  1. Today, I learned about an entire people from ONE WORD in your video. I never even knew that the Ainu even existed.

  2. no bathroom in cabin is a no no for me. to save a little money its not worth not being comfortable . sorry solo.

  3. Sunflower, Sunflower! You should see the looks I get when I sing that song. I live in Canada, and it's winter right now. I laughed when you said we have to sing it ourselves! I see from the comments, we all know the song well!

  4. I’m an American & recently made gyudon for the first time. The recipe I used was delicious, but I was wondering…is it customary to make it without onions? 🧅
I’d like to add onions next time I make it. 😊

  5. Oh, my goodness! I would run out of that room screaming 😱. That is like when I go for an MRI in the U. S .Ugh!

  6. Yes, I sang along with the sunflower song. I had to giggle at the tender potato.😅
Hope you and your loved ones are save!
I spend two hollidays in Hachinohe and I hope the city and everyone is ok!

  8. Had a laugh at the “?? … It’s a potato!” “The winner of the disappointing curry gran prix!”

  9. I am sure a lot of us regular watchers were already humming the Sunflower song as soon as the name of the ship was seen. And we are all hoping that you were nowhere near the earthquake just off Hakodate. I giggled when the caption of " 2025 Disappointing Curry Grand Prix!" The Where's the beef comments remind me of the commercials from the '80s or '90s! At least the ship didn't creak and rattle as much as the Sister one.

  10. Dinner curry certainly looked better than lunch curry! I would also just sleep right away on a night ferry. Shame there wasn't a cafe or somewhere to get breakfast or anything though.

  11. So, Solo Travel this ferry has rattling noises unless you have these cabins because they are in a different area of the ship? That's good to know for any first timer on this route. How was the comfort level of your bed? I will assume it wasn't bad because you didn't remark on it. This is such a neat looking ship that you'd almost assume there was more to it for walk on passengers, but I do understand it's main purpose is freight/cargo. I'm so sorry your curry had only one piece of "tough" meat. Too bad they didn't play the Sunflower theme song. It might have made the experience worthwhile.🙂 Thank you STJ!!

  12. Prices for everything are rising exponentially. Every person and company is having to cut corners to survive. This devastating worldwide situation is being caused by the Rothschild owned worldwide Central Banking system.

  13. My thoughts are with all of Japan after today’s earthquake. Hoping you and yours are safe

And what do all the ships do, if they are in the tsunami warning area?

  14. As an American, from the land where sunflowers come from, I can assure EVERYONE that they do tend to rattle!

  15. Looked like a very nice ride! Thanks for showing us the ship 🛳️ STJ! 👍🏻🙌🏻👋🏻😊

  16. You are the guru of finding off-season discount prices. I must learn your technique.
