
This one was a bit of a fun one to make, mashing the rice and making rice balls. I went to hunt for water dropwort to make a more authentic version but no luck, so chrysanthemum leaves it is ><.
Got some good practice with damako though… think I’m finally ready to take on kiritanpo!
