Japan Has a Desert? I Didn’t Believe It Either

Hey everyone, we leaving Osakano heading to Tooti. Tooti is famous for its beautiful and unique nature, especially the massive sand dunes which are the biggest in Japan. It’s also the hometown of the creator of Tediv Conan. You can even hear Conan’s voice announcement on the train when you get close to the city. How cool is that? Fore! Foreign! Foreign! Heat. Heat. On our first day, we explored the right side of the Totorii coast. The most scenic part of the coastline full of raw and untouched nature. It includes the Totorii sand dunes, Japan’s largest and most famous dunes. Searching along the sea of Japan. It’s honestly one of the most unique landscape you find in the whole country. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. On our second day in Toto, we drove inland to a small city called Kurayoshi. And honestly, it felt like stepping back in time. This area is known for its wide wall district or Shiraaks. The streets here are line with beautiful preserved buildings from Japan period with white plaster walls and dark wooden beams. It’s one of the most photo organic and peaceful towns in western Japan. Did you know Totorii even has its own Pokémon mascot? It’s Senu or Sando in Japanese. Chosen because of the sandunes. You spot sando everywhere here from the station to vending machines and souvenirs. It’s such a fun local touch. Now we’re on our way to one of Japan’s most unusual landmarks, the Ashima Ohashi Bridge. It’s known as the steepest looking bridge in Japan. Even though it’s not actually that scary to drive on, optical illusion just makes it look super steep in photos and videos. Next, we’re heading to the hometown of the creator of Delip Con, the town of Hok. Sadly, it was a raining day, but the place still had a really nice atmosphere. You can see Conan everywhere on bridges, statues, and even the train station. Fore! Foreign! Foreign! G. Hi. Heat. Heat. Heat. So that was our tutorial trip. I hope you enjoyed it. If you did, don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more chap and travel videos. See you in the next one.
