As part of efforts to maintain the island’s natural beauty and its beaches, the Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association and the Japan Guam Travel Association will host their Keep Guam Clean Beach Cleanup on Saturday, Dec. 13, at Matapang Beach Park in Tumon.
Show time is 6:30 a.m. and go time is 7 a.m.
Trash bags and gloves will be provided at the venue.
Participants can also earn community service or service-learning hours and receive documentation for any hours earned for submission to schools or other relevant entities.
Those interested in participating can complete the registration form and email it to info@jgtaguam.com or info@ghra.org by Tuesday, Dec. 9.
