Kobe Stamp Rally Japan! Got LOST but was saved by a Local!
I’m currently lost in the mountains of Japan. Coobe City has a stamp rally running through the mountains. So, I thought we’re going on a stamp run. Yay. We started the journey with my Australian spider sense going off. There’s a spider. Oo. And then immediately getting lost. I don’t know. We were then very lucky to find a local who then took us to the cafe. He even had a bright yellow balloon so we couldn’t possibly get lost. We found that we had already passed the cafe before. Yeah. Yeah. And when we got there, the nice local asked us to sign his umbrella. This was very surprising and very cool. We then got our first stamp. Oh, it’s kind of off. Close enough. Close enough. And there was a creature just around the corner. And then we went inside the restaurant to have a nice meal. Each of the stamp locations is attached to a beautiful location in Coobe. The rally takes you through Kobe’s beautiful mountain hiking trails, letting you explore Hyogo Prefecture’s scenic spots and hidden gems 🗻✨

Luckily, a super kind local helped guide us back — such a wholesome Japan moment 🙌🇯🇵
And we even got to sign the umbrella at the café… super cool experience! ☂️✨
The first stamp is at Tennojaya (天皇茶屋), a cozy café tucked into the mountain area. Highly recommend stopping by if you do the rally — the curry was amazing and the staff were incredibly kind ☕🍛
