Hokkaido Ikura Price Doubled Amid Historical Poor Catch
Due to a historic decline in Hokkaido’s fall chum salmon catch, the region’s ikura salmon caviar is experiencing an unprecedented drop in production and skyrocketing prices, Minato Shimbun reported.
