That’s such a nice idea. I’ve got to try that. I once bought a small tin box from a dollar store while on vacation, that had the town’s name on it. I then went to the beach and saved some of the sand and seashells in the tin. That was years ago and I still have it. Fond memories 😊

I might go to Japan the first time, and while researching about Japan I’d learn about Eki and Goshuin, and love the idea grabbing a travel journal and putting a beautiful stamp design of places you go to as a souvenir. I trying researching if Europe does this to, unfortunately I didn’t get much info, I know Switzerland mountains alp,have stamps on beautiful sights you hike to.
