On November 19, a Santa Claus doll (approximately 3 meters tall) that resembles “Myaku-Myaku,” the very popular official mascot of the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, was displayed at “Uroko House” in Kitano, a tourist spot in the city of Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture. Uroko House is one of the “Ijinkan” Western-style residences where foreigners once lived, and it features a fish scale pattern. Every year, the house displays many Santa dolls related to notable events and people.
