ham cutlet sandwich

Hi everybody,

It’s 2 AM and im craving this sandwich I had in Japan like crazy. Luckily I can identify and remember the ingredients except from the sauce, I remember it being pretty sweet but I can’t tell which ingredients it had. I’m not sure if the second pic is the exact same one because mine had a slice of cheese in it but any recipe close to it would be pretty amazing 🩷
