A new documentary film by Orix fan Keisuke Okada will be released in January!

At the “Bs Fan-Festa 2025 supported by 17LIVE” event held on November 24th, it was announced that the documentary film “Orix The Buffaloes 2025 ~DETA! WAO! OKADA THE MOVIE~” starring Keisuke Okada (Masuda Okada), known as one of Orix fans in the entertainment industry, will be released.

Wanting to fill the void of the off-season, Okada came up with the idea for the film together with a staff member who is a longtime The Buffaloes fan. The film looks back on the Orix’ 2025 season from Okada’s perspective as a fan, and filming took place over a nine-month period from March to November 2025.

Including director Mamoru Kishida, Yoshihisa Hirano It also includes many special interviews with pitcher and T-Okada. The narrators are former Orix players Tomotaka Sakaguchi, Kazuki Kondo, Tomoyuki Kaida, and Daisuke Kondo.

The film will be released at AEON Cinema Theaters Shinsaibashi and other cinemas nationwide from Friday, January 16, 2026. It is a new type of “supportive documentary for your favorite team” that looks back on the season from a fan’s perspective.

I just happen to be in it as a fan representative, but the movie is starring all Orix fans. It would be great if you could feel the happiness of cheering for something with all your might.
