Does anyone know the actor in the football uniform on Hyadain’s music video of “Start it right away”?

I could be crazy but I swear I recognize the actor in the football uniform in this music video, "Start It Right Away" by Hyadain (Kenichi Maeyamada)… maybe I've seen him in a movie or something maybe not, but its driving me crazy not knowing. Anyone have any ideas?

(in the end-scene credits he's "Amefuto-kun" which I think basically just means "American Football Guy" or something like that)
