Dünyanın En Pahalı YENGEÇLERİNİ YEDİM | Japonya-Rusya Sınırına Geldim
This one crab is enough for three people. It’s the size of my body. I’ve never seen one this big. This is what they eat in Japan. This is how they sell our Turkish döner kebab in Japan. I spent money somewhere in Turkey on vacation. I can tell you this openly in Japan . And what’s more, there’s no visa. You can come easily. Is it real? Real. They’ve wrapped the crab like a souvenir. Dawn. What level is this? Look at the beauty of this peace? You won’t believe it, but above here, north of here, lies Russia. Look, this is our dinner for tonight. It’s like this. I loved it. Let’s have a wonderful trip to Sapora, Japan. Here we go. Aura Seblon Unix, Turkey’s leading water purification brand, presents. Ladies and gentlemen, I’m Deniz Pehlivan. Welcome to the Japan leg of my world tour . How are you? I hope everything is going great. I’m very excited, very happy, and very happy traveling through Japan. As you can tell from my face, I’m a little sleepy and tired. Because I’ve arrived somewhere else right now. I’ve left Tokyo, so I spent a bit of time on the road. I woke up early, but a wonderful day awaits us. Luckily, the weather is gorgeous. As you know, I previously told you about both Tokyo and Japan on our trip, which started in Tokyo. If you’re coming to Japan and trust my videos, let’s not make any plans for Japan without watching the series of Japan videos I’ve included . Let’s clarify this first. Let me say it at the beginning of the video: I’ll only be vlogging about Tokyo and Sapora on this trip . But there won’t be places like Kobe, Nara, Hiroshima, Kyoto, or Osaka. I mentioned the North as my focus this time. So, if you’re looking for travel guides, if you want comprehensive Japan videos like this, you’ll want to check them out. I just took a plane from Tokyo and arrived at an island with Hokiko Island and Sapora as its capital . This is Japan’s second-largest island. It’s a more rural place where people make their living in a region surrounded by fishing, greenery, and nature . I’ve wanted to come before. It’s been a dream of mine for years, but I’ve never been able to make it happen. It seems this year is the time. My goal was to see some of the smaller villages, towns, and rural areas here . I stayed at a hotel like this. I’ll leave the details to you. You’ll see from there, folks. You can stay in hotels here for 2,000 or 2,500 lira per person . There are hostels for around 00 lira. You can’t help but wonder, “What kind of Japan is this?” I think it’s the best time to come to Japan. And the season is also beautiful; if you’re lucky, you’ll have a wonderful holiday. The city I’m in is actually famous for winter sports, but it’s also very beautiful in autumn and spring for hiking, exploring the cities, and getting lost in nature. So, I ‘ll take advantage of the spring season. As you know, I really don’t like winter. We’ll be leaving our hotel now. I need to give you this introduction. I need to tell you the stories, so you can understand how I got here and why. So I can create more travel guides for you . Now, we’ll be leaving this hotel soon. We’ll start wandering around the city center. We’ll have a nice breakfast. Then I ‘ll show you around the city. I’ll tell you what I know about it. Then we’ll go to a viewing platform. Then we’ll experience the nightlife. And then it’s closing. But before the video starts, if you could pause the video and leave a nice comment like this, and if you like it, it will not only make the videos visible to you, but also, because the algorithm supports us this way, it will bring our videos to you. This is a very short time for you. So, I would be very grateful if you could support me in this way before the video starts, in return for my efforts. So, ladies and gentlemen, no matter what time of day you’re watching, enjoy your meals. If the tea and sunflower seeds are ready, enjoy a lovely evening. I wish you a wonderful trip to Sapora, Japan. Here we go. Our trip begins with the support of Aura Sebilon water purifiers . Now, let’s study our lesson on a map. As always , Turkey is here. By the way, these are the yellow ones in my world. They represent the places I’ve visited, the points I’ve pinned. Japan is a line with 6,000 islands. Actually, the places to visit were more like this. The places I told you about. Tokyo was here. There. We’re in Sapora, a city on the island of Hokkaido. That’s right there. We’re in the center right now. This is the hotel we’re staying at. Sapora Prince Hotel. The restaurant we’re going to is a cafe. So, we decided to start a nice day like this. This is a place called Atelier. Now, visiting these places is very easy. There are domestic flights, trains, subways, everything you need . But at least understanding a country’s location can make it easier to plan by seeing where you’ve been. Now, while we’re going to have breakfast, I’ll start telling you very interesting things about this place, but let’s get some energy. Come on, have a nice coffee and something. By coffee, I don’t mean cheese or olives in any way. Let’s start the day with whatever we can find. What a beautiful weather. Would you look at it, friends? A sparkling glass Japanese morning. On our way to breakfast , wide streets like this greet us. You hear the same call at traffic lights throughout Japan. Look, what bird was that? I forget its name. And what’s also interesting, kudos to them. Bicycles are also here. There are extensive bike parks. They’ve made it a beautiful city. My first impression. Yesterday , while driving, I took a look around on a road like this. Yesterday, while coming by train, I took in the sights. Then I went down to the city center. On the way to the hotel, I took a look around. This city really seems like a very sweet, beautiful, spotlessly clean, sparkling place. The whole place smells so good, like a cafe like this, like home. Hello, good morning. They’re very sweet people, actually. They’re very sweet, but we don’t speak the language. They don’t speak English either. In fact, I asked someone yesterday. I said, ” Why are they so antisocial?” I mean, why are they so distant? They’re so robotic, just doing their jobs. They don’t communicate at all. They’re embarrassed because they don’t know the language. That’s why Mel. You keep your distance a little bit from her . That honey, that financial, that sociality, is worth it. Everywhere you go , they give you water like this. A treat. The menu arrived. There are cakes like this. They sell them for about 500. About $3. A black-covered notebook arrived. The menu. This is a pretty good coffee shop. The menu is really nice. You can usually get a coffee for 3-4 dollars in Japan. Now, let’s start the day with something to go with your coffee. Here we go. Sometimes you ‘re looking for menemen, eggs with sausage, olives, cheese, but then you say, “Well , that’s what you set out to do. Don’t miss it, forget it.” You’re trying to make your subconscious forget. That’s why I’ll come here, I’ll travel. If you say breakfast is very important to you, don’t come to Japan. I have a suggestion for you. Because breakfast is very difficult here. They eat rice and fish for breakfast, for example. That’s why you might have a hard time. You know we don’t lie. I’m sharing what I’ve experienced, what I’ve seen, and what I’ve experienced. I know you very well, too. So, let me give you a comment like this. I’m eating a cake like this. It’s something I eat to start the day. I have no hope of ever getting enough. Because today we’re going to eat delicious seafood. I haven’t had it in a while. One of my favorite things in life is having a morning coffee in a city I’ve never met, in a country I’ve never met. I mean, it’s probably the greatest blessing in the world. Besides health. It’s delicious. But the coffee here is strong. Keep in mind, you can’t drink weak coffee in Japan for some reason. It’s made of beans. We started the day off so well. We’re energized. I’ll take you to some very large markets today. We’ll also see some interesting things. We started the day with such a light, leisurely pace. Let’s get started on our trip . This is a city with 2 million people. While it’s primarily characterized by rural life, it also boasts financial centers, factories, and many other powers that reflect Japan’s economic power. It’s also a university district, and where we are is Saporo University. It’s very famous. It’s also known as Hokkaido University. It also has a botanical garden. Now, we were lucky enough to stumble upon a beautiful festival here today, as it’s spring . I’ll take a walk around here. See what they eat and drink. I can smell the delicious aromas. Let’s see their daily market. Kurubasan has probably become one of the official dishes of the world. Kurubasan is everywhere. They love it here too. They’re dying for it. They make amazing barbecue. And this type of barbecue has two names. You’ll see a lot of barbecuers in Japan. There are those who make their own, like the ones behind me. In other words, those who bring it to you. There are also those you can barbecue yourself. If the restaurant you go to serves barbecued chicken like this, they call it yaki tori. If they serve meat, they call it yakiniku. You can Google it when you’re eating this way. There’s also shabu shabu. You’ll see a lot of Chinese minne cooked in boiling water in Korea, too, but I’m not a big fan of them. This is more relatable to us . I’ve never had bad fish, bad chicken, or bad meat in Japan. Especially if the places you go to cook it over charcoal, choose it. Because everyone else also uses gas. It’s much more delicious. They also have a famous meat dish. Inspired by Genghis Khan. I’ll show you that too. It’s very interesting, for example. But they love meat. They definitely consume meat as much as seafood in Japan. We’ve practically arrived at a festival. Right now, people are hanging out in the middle of parks, drinking, grabbing things from these stalls, and hanging out. Let’s see what they’re drinking and eating. This place has a local beer, Sapora beer from Hokkaido. They seem to love it. We’ll try it again during the day, but even the stands are beautiful. They’re spotless. This is what I liked best in Japan. For example, they sell wine here. 60 mlmi is around 700. A glass of wine is only $4. And maybe that’s the expensive one, so there are more affordable options. That’s what I’m trying to say. While I paid for many things in Japan, it never seemed expensive to me. In other words, for the first time here, they deliberately created inflation due to interest rates, and banks used to have negative interest rates when you deposited your money. Then, after the pandemic, they couldn’t recover the economy, and currencies lost value against the dollar . There’s been a serious crisis in the country. It’s a huge crisis for them . So, even 5% inflation isn’t a big deal here. There’s no interest rate or inflation . That’s why the last three or four years have been the most budget-friendly time for us, and for many tourists from around the world, to come to Japan. That’s why many things seem affordable to us. However, knowing the prices at resorts in Turkey, I can easily compare them. I’ve spent money anywhere in Turkey on vacation. I can tell you this openly in Japan . And what’s more, there’s no visa requirement. You can come here easily. So, I suggest you think about Japan. We’re wandering around this fairground right now . There’s a huge fish market here. I’m heading there now. They display everything they’ve fished from the ocean there. And since this is now an island region, it’s also where the fishing industry is concentrated. We’re winding through these beautiful parks and streets. There’s a lot of sake production in Hokido. Look, they’ve even made a map of it. But let me give you a general overview of the island. We’re here. You can go around it like this and take trains to many different towns . I’m planning to go there in a few days. Do you know where the top of this is? It’s right above. You might not believe it, but north of here, above, is Russia. I mean, imagine the size of Russia. One end is T -Japan, the other end is Finland. It’s such a big country, and Russia and Japan share coastlines. This is Japan’s last landmass. Then, when you cross the sea from here, you enter Russia. I ‘m actually in a very interesting position. This is how they sell our Turkish döner in Japan. Let me show you. They’ve made it the same way, but of course, it’s a little oily. Can you see the oil? They wrap it in lavash like this and sell it. The price is listed above, around 800 yen. That’s about $5. I love this place. I don’t know if it was our luck, but there are festivals here in the winter. Hokkaido, just for skiing and winter festivals, became a huge hit after the Olympics in the 1960s. There’s a huge influx of tourists. They even make giant sculptures like this out of snow and ice in the winter . It’s actually so cold that we came here from Tokyo. While Tokyo burns, here you get cold in the evenings. The seasons are so different. It’s a 1.5-hour drive to the top. It was beautiful. I hope you’ll come back one day and see a festival like this and enjoy it. They’ve built a park called Odori Park right in the city center. That tower you see on the right is actually one of the most famous structures in the city and on this island. Saporo Tower. It only has a clock on it. They’ve even put the Panasonic brand on it. It’s very standard, fixed. From a distance , it resembles the Eiffel Tower, but it’s a knockoff. But you see those white and red colors on towers in many places in Japan. They love to create those colors and shapes. People, children, lovers, enjoy themselves around fountains like this on a beautiful day. It’s beautiful, I really think I’ve used that adjective “beautiful” a lot. But if you were in my shoes, traveling around here, seeing these cities, this culture, and understanding what I’m feeling, you’d agree. Japan is a magnificent country. Look, we’re in a giant metropolis. Not a single horn, not a single noise, not a single hum. Even the cars are quiet. The kids are quiet. There’s no screaming or shouting. They’re probably most surprised by this. Because they dropped something. Incredible. Let’s get some water from that vending machine. Come on. If I put in 500, it gives me change. Put 500 back. Just think, Şafak, there are 5 million such vending machines in this country. They buy one at a time. Buy one. It’s now $1. There were places selling it cheaper, like half a dollar. But now we want to go up that tower. Up to the top. Since we’ve come this far, let’s see the view from above. Come on. Yes, we paid $6 each . We’ll go 150 meters up. Let’s see what it looks like from Şehirtepe. The weather is beautiful, too. Come on. You can see a 360-degree view of the city . They made it look like they weren’t afraid because my feet were shaking, and then they made it oval and slanted, and then they made the windows. That’s why you feel like you’re about to fall. Look at the harmony of this layout? This is a pedestrian crossing. Everything is so symmetrical. This is a beautiful city, too. I’m walking to a beautiful fish market right now. They love dogs. They even walk them in strollers. I told you about it in the previous section. This very peaceful river flows through the city. Young people are sitting and relaxing right in the middle of the city , enjoying the quiet city. It reminded me of Eskişehir for some reason. They drive these tiny cars, and I ‘ve taken a taxi a few times. They’re so comfortable; they look tiny from the outside, but when you get in, they’re so spacious and have wide ceilings, and they do their job. They can handle everything with these quiet cars, electric cars , and they have so many big brands. I mean, Japan has a $6 trillion economy and 130 to 140 million people. Yes, the rich are very rich. Yes, it’s a developed country. But most of the Japanese I’ve met so far don’t like taking videos at all. They don’t even like having their photos taken. They usually charge me around $0.00, and this is an expensive country, especially in terms of rent, but they have incredible brands. Which one do you want to mention? They’re one of the three most powerful countries in the world economically , and they achieve this through the Japanese miracle. So, if you ask how Japan succeeded today, just imagine, you get hit by an atomic bomb and get devastated twice. You admit you lost the war. You lose to the Americans. After that Meiji period, that period of rise, you go into decline after the war, and they build today’s Japan not in 50 years, but in 10. This is called the Japanese miracle. So, you can see that the urbanization you see, the magnificent roads you see, the education systems are all tied to the Japanese miracle, and that they actually achieved it in the 1950s. And you know who’s making a big deal about this? America dropped the atomic bomb again. I’ll touch on that. I did a Soviet episode about World War I when I was in Moldova. I also touched on the Japanese part there. Please watch that episode. That puzzle better You see. A country that was scarred by the world map and World War I has a $6 trillion economy today, but I’m starting to see those incredibly beautiful fish. I can smell them, too. We’re at the fish market. We’re going to see these crabs. Ocean crabs. The melons here are very famous. They’re produced in this region . And that tiny melon costs around $22. You see the shellfish . Giant crabs. There are crab fishermen for these. You can see how they’re caught on the Discovery Channel. But of course, the Japanese catch them too. Americans in Alaska too. This one costs 8,500 yen. That’s $40. I think they open it up and let you taste it like this. Oh, you eat it inside. Since we’re here, let’s also eat a giant ocean crab. Let’s see. You see a giant ocean crab. A crab that’s orange like this. I don’t know if it’s cooked. It’s 23 times the size of my hand, and the price is about $120-130 for a single crab. Of course, they also sell it to China, etc. It goes for much more in China. This is the country with the world’s largest ocean fishery. As I just told you, melons are incredibly valuable. This place is famous for its melons. They sell melons and fish in the same place, and you can take them home as gifts. It’s very interesting. Let’s wander around. It’s absolutely spotless, sparkling. Fish eggs. Caviar. Oh, he says, “Oh, this is the egg of this one.” Arigato Gazaymaz. It’s one of the cleanest-smelling fish markets I’ve ever seen. Look at this. They’ve wrapped a crab like a souvenir. Şafak. That’s a crab arm. They cut the shells off with scissors. That’s why they sell them with scissors. For example, what you see here are mock-ups of the dishes you’ll eat at this restaurant. They make exact replicas. You can visually see the shape of the plate, the product itself. It’s also the world’s largest producer of artificial dinner plates . Look at these oysters. Oyster lovers know what I mean by now. They’re huge oysters, and the prices are quite reasonable. 5 of them cost 1000 yen. So, they’re only about 6 dollars, each one costs 1 or 1.50 dollars. Do you know the huge octopus legs with suction cups in Japan? There are snails there. That could be whale meat. This, for example, is probably a special tuna fish packaged. A tiny piece of it costs 1015 dollars. They have stalls like this. There are so many interesting things. Just think, they have an incredible seafood industry here. Land isn’t enough. They grow seaweed in the sea. Because they consume so much seaweed. Is this real? It’s not real. It’s freed, but is it real? It looks like it. How much? Oh, they’ve gutted this crab. This is a single crab. It could feed three people. It’s the size of my body. I’ve never seen one this big. They eat these things in Japan. This market used to be called Narket. Apparently, you can enter from the back. I want to go in and see what else I can see. They’re selling over there. Look, you can open it right in front of you and eat my sashimi. Live. Dried seafood, squid, fish, octopus, fish eggs, salmon. Look, you can find anything seafood-related here . There are live crabs over there. The ones before were all dead. This one, for example, is alive. But the most interesting thing is that it doesn’t smell fishy. You know, fish always has a bad smell. It’s not like that at all. It’s spotless. Even the fish market in Japan is spotless. There are thousands of restaurants in the city. This area is actually famous for its seafood. I’ll eat that in the next section or in the evening. We’ll check that out. But we saw some really good fish, oysters, and oysters at the fish market a moment ago, and we were craving them. We didn’t really like that place. The restaurant scene wasn’t very good. We found this place. I don’t even quite understand its name. It’s called Salt Moderate. A lot of places have 50% off seafood around this time. We’re going to try oysters here now. Let’s go in. It’s a very stylish place. You sit at the bar , they open the oysters right in front of you, and you eat them. Enjoy! It’s a truly Japanese place. Every place, without exception, comes with a cold towel. This is one of my favorite things about Japan. You clean up first, then wait for your meal, and then the big moment arrives. It’s brought on such a huge platter . And it’s so succulent, we’re going to eat these right now. You may like them, or you may not, but I love them. I try to eat them in every country I visit. I’m working. Şafak is also eating it for the first time. How? It’s great. It flows. A lot of people don’t eat it. Yes. Most people don’t like it. And those who do get sick. Bon appetit. Uber works very well in Japan, and you can get to many places in the city for 5-6 dollars. Come on, let me show you this experience. Taxis in Japan are also very comfortable, very respectful, very organized, and systematic. I’m calling now. There’s a beautiful park. We’re going to explore the park a bit. Oh, look, it’s already here. It’s here in two minutes. You won’t believe it. I just misread the location . I panicked. That’s why I forgot to take a picture. They come and open the door. They get out of the car and are so polite. You feel so pampered. We got in a taxi. Now we’re leaving. Aligzas, bye bye. They really are so polite that even the first car they open the door to greet you is a testament to their naivety. We’ve arrived at a beautiful park. There’s a world of parks here. This region is famous for its greenery and nature. It’s also very famous for its volcanoes. That’s why the hot waters come out of here. You can think of it like our Afyonkarahisar. It has hot springs. They call it your 10 years. The park we’re in is called Nakajima Park. We’ll walk around this park for a bit. Let’s see how beautiful it is? What level is this? Look at the tranquility of this park. There’s also a lovely lake inside the park. You might say, “Çiğkö” (a type of lake). They’ve bought a kayak and are rowing like this, enjoying love. I just shared a post on Instagram. You can see I’m chasing a dream. Do you know how I feel when I visit these places? Why, I mean, why don’t we have such beautiful parks here? Why don’t we live in better conditions? Why aren’t we in such a comfortable, safe country? Why, for example, when we have the opportunity to improve ourselves in many areas, why can’t we? Why are so many young and old people now scrambling to go to other countries? Why don’t we have such beautiful parks in our cities, for example? Sometimes, as you travel, you get tired of asking why ? Perhaps the most painful aspect of traveling for me was the realization, and that’s what saddens me the most. Sometimes I get tired of asking why, and my heart aches. That ‘s why, when I see such good countries, I wish we’d at least acquired a little of these things. For example, our city, Istanbul, is there even room to breathe in Istanbul? Everywhere is a mall. You’re sad, man. That’s how I felt when I saw this place. I hope our children experience far less of what we’ve experienced . We pass on this flag-passing, this relay race we’ve given them , with pride, and a country where they can manage their lives more happily and with social conditions that will allow them to live better. Let’s be the subject of this video. Look at Japan. It’s like a movie set, man. I really envy that. Now, we’ve envied it so much, but let’s talk a little about how they manage it. For example, they have the world’s most punctual trains here. The average delay is only 18 seconds. More than 70% of the country is mountainous. That ‘s why, as I said, they don’t have any land. They even grow seaweed in special areas in the sea and incorporate it into their dishes. Food systems. This is a country half the size of Turkey. There are approximately more than 1,500 earthquakes a year, yet almost no one dies. You probably know this from the news. Japanese engineering is a country with a population of 130 million and the third-highest gross domestic product in the world. It’s around $6 trillion. For example, there are more diapers for the elderly in this country than for babies . Because a third of the population is over 60. The average lifespan of the people you see around us is 84 years. So, 60 isn’t middle age here; it’s actually quite young. This 11th-most populous country in the world, located six hours away from us, has over 6,000 islands. To the south is a very famous island called Okinnawa, while on the island I’m on to the north, one of the most famous places is the Hokaiko region. We’re in the capital right now. I mentioned my goal here was to go to the countryside, but I showed you Tokyo, for example. It was the most populous city in the world. You know? For example, in Japan, the government gives money so that people do not come to Tokyo or those in Tokyo go to the countryside. They give. For example, if they have children or start a business, I give an example: 1 million yen. Because they don’t want the population to be concentrated in Tokyo anymore. My original goal was to see rural life, villages, and homes. Although I haven’t shown you the countryside yet , we’ll be taking trains to the countryside in later episodes . So, if you subscribe to the channel and turn on notifications, you’ll be notified. If you’ve enjoyed the video so far, please like and comment, friends. Deniz, Japan is a wonderful place to travel. We enjoy watching it. We’re also in front of the screens. You can write whatever you like, like “Happy travels to you,” “Happy watching to us .” This is because it’s valuable for us, the algorithm. Now, more than 60% of this country, Japan, doesn’t believe in any religion. They live like Shinto and die like Buddhists. And these people’s incomes aren’t as high as you might think . As I said earlier, they generally earn $2,000 , but they can live on that amount. And when I talk to Japanese people, I’ve always wondered something when I spoke to them. You know, the news always says that Japan has a very high suicide rate , that people are lonely and depressed. That’s why they marry anime characters. I mean, imagine Pikachu is your favorite anime. You go and officially marry Pikachu. You even have a wedding. They’re so familiar with this anime life and loneliness . But the question I asked people was: Are you happy? I mean, when you come to this country, the Japanese are incredibly respectful, but they’re cheerful people, and most Japanese people I’ve talked to so far say, “Yes, I’m happy,” and you know, most of them don’t even have passports? I’m talking from the people I’ve talked to. In fact, when I tell them I’m from Turkey, from Istanbul , they can’t believe it. They say they really want to go. I tell them to go, but they say it’s too expensive. The Japanese said it’s expensive to come to Turkey. Then I asked, “What’s expensive?” I said, “I said a plane ticket is $600-$700.” Then I thought about it. So, everything sounds good, especially from a distance. Even people here, I cite our country as an example, say it’s expensive to come to. This , for example , was very interesting. Because I’m talking about the worldviews and the purchasing power of prosperity in Norway and Switzerland, but this doesn’t exist in Japan. I say this because I’ve learned this from the people I’ve talked to. Now, I’m giving examples of Canon, Mutsubishi , Honda, the first brands that come to mind are all Japanese. In this country where such a large economy operates, unfortunately, there are also suicide forests. As I mentioned earlier, there are suicide forests near Fıcıdağ, and they’ve now placed cameras there to prevent people from committing suicide. In other words, this is a country with so many dilemmas . Therefore, if someone truly wants to visit Japan, they should delve deeper, research, read, let go of their prejudices, and accept that many things in our lives actually look very good from afar . For example, they tell us a lot of things. You travel so much around the world. We always seem so positive, don’t we? But that’s not the case. I mean, I’m giving examples of the storms that rage inside us . We worry, and at the end of the day, we sometimes have moments where the sound of the drum is pleasant from afar. I think Japan is a country we don’t know much about, we’re prejudiced, and we’re informed, so to speak, by superstitions . This is my third time in Japan. I ‘ve met some people, including Turks. That’s why I wanted to interpret it this way. Now, while making this interpretation, I’m certainly not without some research. I’ve told you this in previous sections. Now, this Japan used to be so closed that no tourists were allowed here. At the same time, no Japanese could go there. That is, until the Meiji period. During this Meiji period, Japan was enlightened and grew, and until World War II, they dominated this region, including China and Thailand. Of course, there’s a culture they learned from after these wars . Japanese morality and culture were already like this. In other words, family upbringing, education, understanding, and morality are the virtues of these. But today, they’ve modernized it a bit more and become more… They’ve established an education system designed to live with decency, respect, and protect the rights of others. In fact, the fundamental thing that makes Japan what it is is the philosophical integration of this education and morality with religion and their lives. What did I tell you? In Shintoism, they believe that even a tree here has a life and soul . That’s why they can’t bear to touch it. This is how they live their lives. Imagine someone who can’t bear to touch a tree, and they can’t even touch a human. That’s why they’re so respectful. And in this same country, there are otoku. For example, anime can emerge in a society where people fall in love and try to marry their dogs, avoid having children but take their dogs for a drive, and buy the artificial robots I described in previous sections that raise them like babies and throw them in the air. But I assure you that when you come to Japan, and I believe everyone should see Japan at least once before they die, I can’t say I’ve seen its equivalent here. Do you know the main reason for this? These are the answers. In other words, this place is a futuristic place. It’s as if it’s been beamed from the future, with cultural differences you won’t see anywhere else. From the people’s personalities to the respect they show in places. In this country, people buy robot dolls to experience the feeling of a baby. They throw them in the air and play with their belly and nose. Where else can you see that? I think that’s reason enough. It gives you an idea of how unique a country they are. That’s why we made a bunch of cards when you visited Me Too. We’ll even include Phuket, Bali, and maybe Japan. From there, thousands of people are now buying our cards and traveling the world. Thank you so much. We’ve also reached 100,000 followers on Instagram. Take our cards from Me Too and Travel the World. Let’s promote ourselves. But if we release a Japan card, I’ll let you know. That was always our goal, you know? You ‘re aware of many things, but you couldn’t muster the courage to travel. I hope these videos and these guides will be a resource for you too. So, look, I’m saying this in the middle of the park because it comes from my heart. They say that without experiencing this difference, one should go with one’s eyes wide open, so to speak. Of course, everything is tied to the economy. I hope all of you have great finances. I hope you travel more than I do. But if you have the opportunity, my friends, you should definitely see Japan once in your life. Look, we don’t have any. Well, I’m telling you everything. I’ll take you on a tour, and if we get our pass, you can buy it there. What more could you want? Everything’s ready. On the way back, look. The Japanese are peacefully relaxing and enjoying the evening. Look at the whole world of ducks over there. Wild ducks. Now we’re heading towards the city center. Let’s take the subway this time. Come on. What’s the subway like in Sapora? Let’s try it out. I think it ‘ll be exactly the same system as in Tokyo. We’ll write down the name of the stop. We’ll pass directly from there with our ticket. Pay Şafak. Let’s make that two. It’s 420. Okay, we figured it out. From now on, you can go anywhere in Japan. The only problem is they keep giving you change. There’s no other problem. We bought the tickets. Did we give one? Two, run, run. It’s here . Let’s see, we’re going. We’re already here. Just one stop. We can get there really quickly, too. We can see everywhere in Japan now. We’ve learned it well. Let’s go. Look, it’s bustling. Everyone’s in a rush. Everyone’s getting somewhere. We’re leaving with this on our ticket. We shouldn’t throw it away. I told you about Tokyo. Now, let’s have a nice dinner . We went upstairs. A whole different world greeted us. Neon lights again. A crowded square. Japanese people running here and there. A wide street. Oh boy. Let’s see. Look at those signs, they’re so fantastic. You feel like you’re in a cartoon . And there are no tourists here. We didn’t see those tourist crowds we saw in Tokyo. Look at the weather. It’s crystal clear today. We’re so lucky. And did we have a good meal? Oh, there’s no one like us. It’s a beautiful scene. The restaurant we’re going to is right there. We’re almost there. There’s a place called Cyber City here. Seafood restaurant on the ground floor We’re heading there now. We just paid 24,000 yen. Any way you look at it, it’s $80 per person. Arigata, my gosh, it’s not enough. We have 90 minutes at this restaurant, unlimited food and drink, all included. We can even eat what we showed you. Oh boy, meat is included. We can eat meat. Incredible. We can drink everything here right. Ok. Oh my God. Şafak, look there. Oh. You can eat all of these. These are included. Look there. All included. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I mean, you pay $80 and you can only eat all of these. Look, let’s cook this. What is this? Is this for real? It’s amazing, man. It’s a dream place. It really is as good as they say. I’m so excited and so happy right now. You can eat the same things that were selling for hundreds of dollars a while ago at a restaurant like this for 90 minutes unlimited. Here, Deniz Pehlivan has shown you another great trick. Even down to the Vagyu meat . Vagyu, you know, because we eat it every day, this is already very special here. We want to eat this. I mean, I’ve been to all over the world and this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. Y is bigger than my hand. Look at how thick it is? We’re going to eat the world’s most precious crabs. Let’s see how it turns out. The girl came and said, “Look, it’s cooked like this.” She said, “These are already ready.” She said, “Heat it up and go.” She cuts the crabs like this. We’ll take them out and eat them with scissors. It’s amazing, but it’s not hard to beat. This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I’ve had it boiled a few times. Let’s see how it turns out grilled like this. Dude, look at the meat. Oh my God. Dude, look at the meat. There’s so much meat coming out of that. Look at it like this. Şafak is incredible. It might be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Oh wait a minute. It’s like a dream. And that’s the main part. The thick part of the leg. I swear, I hope you see it on the screen. Those who know what these things are are probably freaking out right now. It’s cooked through. Look at it. This is our dinner for tonight. It’s something like this. Oh my, it’s pure white meat. I’m out of words to describe the situation. Bon appetit. I’m in a dream. I’m chasing a dream, and I’m living it. Thank God. In other words, it’s one of the most exciting meals I’ve had in my life in recent years. Now we’ve bought other ones. We’re experimenting with them too. Şafak is cutting it open with scissors. Look, pure white meat. How is it? Wonderful. You’re literally shaking. I’ll comment again later. I want to enjoy it a bit now . Let me show you how it tastes. Look at this meat. Look at 100 grams of it. This month is king. This will definitely give us protein poisoning. You know it can ruin some people, right ? Of course it can. It can be bad, too. Use too much. Look, it’s wonderful. I’ll never forget this day. Those who know their taste are dipping bread into the screen right now . Bon appetit. We’re from a sailor family in Fethiye. So, I grew up with lobster and seafood. People don’t believe it. Dawn is also very dominant. Open up the crab. Now, those watching on screen will be saying, “What the hell is that?” “Is that edible?” But there are those who are sick of this. We’re one of them. It tastes amazing. It’s a dream day. I mean, the food wasn’t good. It was a dream for me. If you come to Japan, I recommend experiencing these unlimited steakhouses , chicken restaurants, and seafood restaurants . Now, there are two very famous supermarket chains here. 7-Eleven and Love, like the one behind me. Let’s see what they sell in supermarkets in Japan. Let me show you a little bit about that. These supermarkets are open 24/7, and you can find most of what you’re looking for. Let’s take a look. What’s interesting? I mean, brands and products I’ve never seen before in most countries. They love tea, regardless of whether it’s hot or cold. You’ll see a section where they sell these. Their beer is very famous. It’s usually around 200. That’s about $1.50. Hot and cold coffees and fruit juices here. Also, look here, milk teas. Lipton, Mipton. There are toasts here. You buy them directly. They cook them right there. They heat them up, or rather, for you. There’s dried fruit here. Cherries, peaches, apples. There are ready-made meals like noodles. You can eat them. They’re prepared here. There’s a fruit section where you can buy and eat it right away. But these tiny pineapples, for example, come in a tiny package for about $1.50. One of my favorite things here is the banana cakes. They’re so good. When you’re hungry, you can buy them right away. These usually cost 198 yen, about $1.20. They have something hot here . I think it looks like chicken or something. What is it? It’s something with meatballs. There’s pork over there. Like sausage. They make fried chicken here. You can buy them ready-made like that. These are Japanese chips. Look, they have cute anime characters on them, for example. These are usually around $1. They also make salami, like dried salami, but of course, there are pork and beef varieties. You need to look and buy accordingly . If you’re sensitive about this, you should be careful . Their snacks are very good. They have a lot of mixed cashew and maju items. That’s only about $1.50, about. These are noodle ramen. They can have chicken or meat in them. You can just pour hot water over them and eat them right here. And it’s only 183 yen, or about $1.20. I don’t understand how this is Japan. For example, look at this wine from Chile. It’s only 582 yen. It’s not even $4 a bottle . So, even the supermarkets are pretty good, around three or five times the price in Japan, and you can make your own judgments. I think it’s quite good. But I’ll say it again, this is a country where you’ll never go hungry. It’s nighttime again. Look, everywhere is covered in neon lights. It’s bright and bright. Let’s take a walk. Last night, we went to a really cool Whisky Launch bar called Nicki. We hung out there for a bit. Then I fell asleep. Today, we’re saying hello to a slightly cloudy day. You’ll see that in the next episode, of course . In the next episode, I plan to make a video with some guides about Japan and some budgeting tips. So, ladies and gentlemen, thank you for watching. I hope you enjoyed the video. I look forward to your kind comments and record-breaking likes. I’ll have some great things to tell you in the next episode. If you turn on notifications, you’ll be notified. My goal is to go from here to the Russian border. Even though it’s not a border, I mean, I might be one of the few Turks who goes to the Japanese-Russian border and shoots there, but I don’t know, I haven’t fully planned it yet. We’ll see. So, I’m excited to share some great things with you in the next episodes. I’m Deniz Pehlivan. Thank you for watching. See you from Japan in the next episode. Goodbye. Turkey’s leading water purification brand, Aura Seblon Uni, presents it.
