Athlete Nazar Levitsky from Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region, paired with Hanna Fedoseyeva from Kyiv, won the silver medal at the Deaflympics in Tokyo. They finished second in the super-sprint relay in orienteering.

Who is Nazar Levitsky: a Deaflympian from Kalush. He began his career at the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Children’s and Youth Sports School for People with Disabilities and competes for the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Center “Invasport”.
For his achievements, Nazar already holds honorary titles: Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine, a three-time Deaflympics champion in 2022, and the world champion in orienteering among athletes with hearing impairments in 2023.
On November 15, 2025, at the XXV Summer Deaflympics in Tokyo, Nazar Levitsky claimed first place and brought the Ukrainian team a gold medal.
