4 Days of Photography in Tokyo | Revealing the BEST Photo Spots

[Music] [Music] morning friends I’m here in Tokyo for four or 5 days and and I’ll take you along for the photography spots that I plan to shoot uh and I’m here this morning in noata station um there’s a spot where a train passes a a sort of an Alleyway um Al with a train crossing and it’s got a long Street looking down and sort of a insta famous spot yeah so this is the first of one of many um I’ll take you along for the 5day journey and see what we can get see how we go so hope you all enjoy [Music] the next stop here is takan or Baba station there this famous mural of um of Astro Boy and it creates a harsh contrast between the light and the Shadows uh the Shadows surrounding the light and it’s framing the subject SE very nicely so that’s a second shot for today [Music] third spot is CUO Plaza in ginar not as well known as Shibuya sky or the crossing but much less crowded next location is Nish Shinjuku and we’re going up this bridge to shoot the main of Shinjuku back there and show you what it look like when we get up there made it off the fridge look like [Music] this one is P allei or Memory Lane as it’s formally called uh fill with lots of isayas and bars and keeps of people [Music] [Music] next one is famous Godzilla sitting on top of Hotel grocery uh I’m across the street so we can get a straight on view of of the street next spot is famous right there [Music] one for tonight is this jashi son got very lucky because after a few shots they turned it off and shut for the [Music] night by the way if you’ve been enjoying the music in this video I really appre appreciate it while the video is not sponsored I do want to give a big shout out to music bed who kindly provided music featured here I’ve been using the services recently and it’s honestly one of the best resources for high quality music especially for YouTube and social media creators on the come up the catalog has over 60,000 songs and I’ve found it perfect for setting the mood in this video chosen music that specifically matches the mood I want to convey in each part of this video and a video without music just isn’t the same so if you’re a Creator looking to level up your content with professional gra music I’ll leave a link in the description where you can try out music bed for yourself thanks again to music bed for providing music for this video this is s where at the vi platform from across actual Shrine and on the 8 floor there’s this viewing platform where you can get a shot of the entire [Music] [Music] Temple this this arcade on the side of aaka s where you can see Tokyo Tower perfectly framed by the hole in the top of this um shopping arcade this location we’re here at the famous suzume spot in at uh hu Bridge um what’s famous about this spot is we’ve got three train tracks lining up that as one but uh think you got to wait for a while for an opportunity for all to cross at the same time we’re now all on uh Sonny street at the famous am class building it’s all full of this uh sort of tinted Church like uh glass it’s a perfect backdrop for Silhouettes and um picking out subjects for Street shooting another spot for tonight this fish shop that is absolutely blown up on Instagram and I can’t believe I’m seeing with my own eyes finally it’s that shiny Machi station exit Southside from the [Music] subway and here we [Music] are train and for tonight is the Sakura Terrace top floor next to Oro station here you can get a transporting shot of Aro [Music] Street we’re starting off at aaban Bashi station and going to walk the highlighter route on screen try to get as many different shots of Tokyo Tower as possible [Music] next up is the National Art Center of Tokyo and the goal is to capture another famous Su scene from the top floor you’re able to get shots like these [Music] [Music] [Music] next location I’m here at fura notu pedestrian bridge and it’s a bit of a Hidden Gem it’s a great shot here of Tokyo Tower with the main road used at as a leading line [Music] [Music] for the afternoon we’re back near Asaka at Jen bridge to get the famous water reflection shot of Sky Tree if you have one bring a wide lens [Music] this is our last 4 day in Tokyo and we’re going to be exploring nak and dama it isn’t the season but I recommend coming during spring for Cherry bossom shots here [Music] yeah yeah we’re in shya for two scenes one here at the station where you can shoot through the glass at the station [Music] of course in the crossing itself [Music] [Music] last location recommendation is top of yisa fortunate that it’s storming otherwise you get a crystal clear view of Tokyo Tower and the Tokyo citycape [Music] so much for watching if you enjoyed this please let me know what photography and travel related videos you like to see next leave

  6. For a 2 week trip in japan. What lenses would you recommend,im taking a 9l sling bag only have space for 2 most likely , this is what i have, what would you take if you were going again

  7. Hey bro tip for the DJI mic, straight out of mic the audio is set to 'mono' which means the audio only comes out of one side/one channel. How this plays out is on my end I can hear you from my left laptop speaker but not the right. To fix this just right click on the DJI mic audio clip and change the audio from mono to stero and make sure both channels (L and R) and the same channel. Not sure what you use to edit so it'll be slightly different process depending on but i use Davinci Resolve so I assume Premiere or FCPX is fairly simple too. Hope this helps 🙂
