The venue presents two distinctive Japanese dining experiences – Echoes of Ginza and Izakaya Yatai – blending sophisticated craft cocktails and authentic small plates inspired by Japan’s rich culinary culture.
Curated in collaboration with Chef Maaya Takaoka, Director of Nihonshunishiyo Co., Ltd. (Exporter & Sake Bar), the menu reflects her expertise in traditional Japanese cuisine and sake pairings. Chef Maaya brings her refined sensibilities and creative approach to showcase the depth and diversity of Japan’s culinary scene.
Echoes of Ginza takes guests on a journey through Tokyo’s most refined district with a selection of four modern Japanese cocktails, each meticulously crafted to pair with the chef’s exclusive Izakaya menu. Expect premium small plates that highlight the finesse and artistry of Japanese cuisine.
Izakaya Yatai, on the other hand, draws inspiration from Osaka’s lively street-side taverns. Traditionally a place where colleagues unwind after work over shared plates and drinks, this experience captures that same convivial spirit. Guests can enjoy dishes such as kushiyaki skewers, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, gyoza, karaage, sashimi, sushi, ramen, yakitori, and oden, complemented by a curated selection of sake, Japanese beers like Asahi, highballs, lemon sours, and a signature beer cocktail.
