You’ve been to a buffet, sure. But have you ever been to one where the items are circulating around the restaurant, straight to your table?
Starting today, guests can grab all-you-can-eat sushi and other items at Hokkaido Revolving Sushi Bar, newly located at 1466 Bethel Rd. The experience is from the minds of Tony Jiang and Mandy Lin, a husband/wife duo that own the longtime favorite Coco Cuisine, also on Bethel.
At Hokkaido, sushi made by a chef with 20 years of experience will circulate on two separate tracks, and guests just grab their desired items. It’s as simple as that. None of it is tracked based on the roll or how much you eat—it’s a pre-fixed price.
BROUGHT TO YOU BY

And if you’re not in the mood for sushi, another track will transport ramen, hibachi, poke bowls, specialty rolls, and more to each table.
Adult dinner prices are $35.00, and children’s meals cost $17.95. Lunch prices are $22.95 and $11.95.
As for drinks, the owners are seeking a liquor license, but until then, enjoy soda, fruit teas, bubble and milk teas, and slushies.
