Welcome to my vlog! I’m Emily, a Japanese office worker (or “salarywoman” as they say here!) and I’m thrilled to share a recent short trip I took with my fellow “salarywoman” friend.
For Tokyo’s busy office workers, a favorite short escape is to hot spring resorts like Atami or Hakone, both just about an hour from the city. I highly recommend this option to overseas visitors as well! There’s nothing like trading the hustle of central Tokyo for the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of a hot spring town, surrounded by greenery or the serene seaside.
Recently, “all-inclusive” hot spring packages have surged in popularity in the Tokyo area. These often feature “Tabeho” (all-you-can-eat) dining for both dinner and breakfast, making the stay even more indulgent.
Our destination this time was Atami, which offers plenty of opportunities to experience traditional Japanese culture, particularly at the local shrines. A truly wonderful part of the trip is strolling through Atami’s hot spring town and sampling all the delicious, popular local street food!
While my channel usually focuses on hotel buffets and all-you-can-eat gourmet spots near Tokyo, I’m excited to start sharing more travel-themed videos like this one.
I would like to introduce all-you-can-eat restaurants and Japanese restaurants where you can eat a lot of food until you are satisfied, especially for foreign visitors to Tokyo.
I would be very happy if you could subscribe to my channel and share my videos.
