OKINAWA – The Okinawa Exchange is extending its holiday return policy, offering military shoppers more convenience and flexibility during the busy season.

Purchases made between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 qualify for the extended return policy and can be returned until Jan. 31, 2026, with a sales receipt. All other conditions of the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s return/exchange policy still apply.

“With all the excitement and activity of the holiday season, it’s easy for return deadlines to slip by,” said Camp Foster Exchange Customer Service Supervisor Veronica Delgado . “The Exchange is here to make sure military families have the flexibility they need to return gifts without stress.”

The Exchange’s regular return policy allows returns from 15 to 90 days after purchase, depending on the item. If an item’s regular return window extends past Jan. 31, that date will be honored.

Some exclusions apply. For more information, military shoppers can check with the Kadena Main Exchange and Foster Main Exchange or call 800-527-2345 for online returns.
