Naomi Osaka is enjoying her off-season, and she recently flaunted her beach body while on a break from the tennis court. The former world No. 1’s final WTA tournament of the season took place in her home country, Japan, at the 2025 Japan Women’s Open. She was the top seed at the tournament and began her campaign by defeating fellow Japanese player, wild card Wakana Sonobe, with a score of 6-0, 6-4 in the first round.

Osaka advanced to the quarterfinals by eliminating defending champion Suzan Lamens, winning with a scoreline of 7-6(6), 3-6, 6-2 in the second round. In the quarterfinals, she was scheduled to face Jaqueline Cristian, but she withdrew from the match due to a left thigh injury she sustained during her previous match against Lamens, thereby ending her season prematurely.
