Genki has announced that Tokyo Xtreme Racer is launching for PS5 on February 26, 2026, with preorders available now.
The PC version of Tokyo Xtreme Racer originally launched for PC via Early Access earlier this year, and released in full on Septemer 25.
Set in a futuristic Tokyo that has been sealed off from the general public, Tokyo Xtreme Racer sees players competing for the fastest speed in your customised vehicles, weaving through the neon-soaked streets as you reach for the top. One of the unique features in the game is Spirit Point Battle, where the willpower of drivers is measured by a numerical value and mind games become a factor in securing victory.

Meanwhile, you’ll have a chance to cruise through the Midnight Shut Expressway, which has been meticulously reproduced for the game and come with all sorts of twists and dramatic evaluation changes.
