Matcha Parfait (Shibuya💚)

Had this Matcha Parfait in Shibuya, the name of the restaurant is Kagurazaka Saryo, they also serve other traditional Japanese food.
Had a window seat and the view was chef's kiss, I recommend coming early or between lunch and dinner time.
