This Tropical Island is Part of JAPAN? Okinawa is INSANE! 🇯🇵

right there walking to the American village oh I cannot put my cup anywhere oh my God people 
in kimonos all over Japan right they also very difficult because they build it so many 
years ago like sometimes even hundreds of   years ago I’ve never seen a rainbow flag 
at a shrine or a temple so many jets and Army planes all the time oh my god there are 
more capybara you can color with the capybara [Music] okay I parked a car right there walking to 
the American village that huge ass plane right there oh my god I’ve never seen a 
plane like that with two propellers kind   of a thing on top what the hell that’s so US 
Navy I love that I’ve never seen planes like that so I’m getting really excited when I see 
one I was like what is that in the sky crazy anyways we are here at the American village 
and my power bank just died I only have 43% battery to survive the American village and get 
me back to my hostel so I can get proper charging equipment okay I’m walking now to the Village 
right there the other side of the street that’s go okay I don’t know to which side I 
have to walk but let’s just walk here this looks so cute oh my God look at 
this footage all these restaurants Wow all you can eat W you beef the perfect mix 
between American and Japanese culture oh my god let’s go to the other side there 
there’s some really cute country houses   and a lot of colors and so many palm 
trees oh my God but this Huges parking lot I mean that is already you know a great 
aspect of the American village like that is   so American all these parking lot endless 
parking lots we don’t walk in the states we drive yeah my goodness this is pretty big 
like all the way there crazy let’s walk let’s explore I didn’t even know where to go like 
it’s either a restaurant or a clothing store right it’s just nice decoration that’s what it 
is my goodness it’s like a theme park without admission God I don’t know I don’t know what I 
think about it I think it looks really nice but if it’s fun like what can you do I think at night 
is fun because my driver yesterday the guy that dropped off my car he said do you like drinking 
then you should go to the American village at   night it’s like no I don’t really like drinking 
but this is probably the thing here right you shop and eat during the day and then at night you 
get drunk and you party that’s this place so yeah no I’m not doing that but I see that happening 
yeah so American oh this is awesome actually I walked all the way around and I saw all these 
beautiful houses colored houses very nice very impressive I must say I haven’t seen any of this 
in the US at all so I think this American village is very romanticized maybe Miami comes close with 
all the colors and stuff but like how this looks so clean and everything it’s far from the states 
at least the parts where I’ve been right but um yeah I only have 35% left so I have to go back 
to the car to get back to my hostel cuz that’s still like 45 minute drive and yeah I hope that my 
battery is going to survive that and then tomorrow we will continue this road trip because we will 
be going to the north part of the island I have a hostle books right there so that’s what we’re 
going to do and then we’re going to explore so   many more places and special beaches and even the 
most famous cave that there is here in Okinawa so we have to go there obviously and I have to 
show you I have to take you there I have to   show you what’s good and give you my opinion as 
always so now I get back to the car drive to my hostel and call it a day I’ve made it in time 
to my hostel I charged a little bit and now we are going to Nami Beach n Temple the parking 
where I’m going now is uh free for the first 30 minutes and then it will charge 200 an hour 
200 yen so let’s see if we can visit the temple and the beach within 30 minutes that would be 
perfect right all right I’m almost there okay let’s find a parking spot and then go to the 
beach it is literally next to the parking lot and then the temple is on the other side of the 
beach so it’s really convenient very close my God it seems full did they just sell me a ticket for 
a full oh I see oh I see there too okay I go to that one oh my God guys there it is it is going 
to fly over me finally oh my God look at it wait oh my goodness that is crazy wow [Music] wow I’ve 
never seen anything like it what the hell look at that crazy that’s awesome oh my God I’m so happy 
we did see it today oh I was hoping it and it was given to me perfect okay so got in at 16:26 so 
I got to be back at 1656 so that’s what we’re going to do we’re walking to the beach now into 
the temple actually the beaches that we’ve seen earlier today are way more beautiful than this 
one but no worries no worries this one is also still very cute I think if it’s a hot day this 
is the perfect Bay to go in and swim because it is very calm or is the day could be today a nice 
park where you can picnic you see all these picnic tables and all these covered up seats there 
where people just get her around and yeah this is a really nice park it is Thursday but it feels 
like a Sunday everyone is just here chilling with friends sitting at the beach playing music nice 
well we already on the other side of the beach and down where the temple is at so let’s go up 
these stairs here and then we go to the temple to see how beautiful it is first temple in Okinawa 
and you probably don’t even believe that it’s the same day because I’m completely outfit changed 
here and I’m having my backpack with me but I did this at the hostel because I was getting 
a little bit cold you know so the long pants is better now oh I have my backpack because 
later I go to Starbucks to Video Edit a little bit let’s go in here oh yeah the typical temples 
all have that oh look getting something from the vending machine nice people in kimonos all 
over Japan right and this also very typical very typical for Japan for the temples oh there’s 
like a photo shoot going on I see lighting people dressed up in traditional clothing nice here’s 
the temple I’m a bit out of breath actually from the stairs there I don’t know what is happening to 
me but all these people with these babies that’s a cute Temple oh wait before we continue I’d like

the hill but you don’t have any views because all   the trees here are blocking all the views but 
it’s it’s very cute it has all the aspects of an original real Temple right because it is a 
real time oh I’m literally in shot [ __ ] all these people dressed up in kimonos and they’re 
having like a photo shoot and I literally walked   in their shot well it’s fine I have to go back 
around again oh walking back down to the beach to see that a little bit more oh wait there’s some 
more stairs there so I’ll go there this is a nice place nice Temple to na namu namu Temple I have 
no idea if I pronounced that right if I pronounce it wrong please tell me in the comment how to 
pronounce it Nam right there behind this school building it looks like a school building and here 
is another little path going up this interesting we still have 16 minutes on our car ticket our 
free car ticket but you can easily do this in 30 minutes like yeah it’s not so big it’s a very 
small Beach and it’s also a very small Temple so all right this is a nice park 
here is like a lookout I see all right where are my sunglasses now I need them

and here the city of naha Okinawa Japan is closer to Taiwan than to Tokyo but yeah right nice okay 
let’s get back to the car we drove the whole South part of the Okinawa Island and tomorrow we go to 
the most famous Cave of Okinawa it’s supposed to to be beautiful so we’re going to check that out 
and also we’re going to check into a new hostel all the way up in the island so I have to drive 
like 2 and 1 half hours to go there it’s a it’s going to be a fun day tomorrow but for as far as 
today goes I going to check out well at least I’m going to go to starbcks edit a little bit and then 
have dinners somewhere at Cocos or something they recommended me that good morning good morning 
I’ll turn down the radio volume a little bit we are in the car second day of our road trip here in 
Okinawa I’m driving out of Maha right now and I’m going to the famous temple this is supposed to be 
a very beautiful huge Temple and one of the main attractions of Okinawa here and as you can see 
it is a beautiful day again the sun is shining   on my face blue skies amazing I cannot wait to 
see what today is going to be we have a hostel booked at the very north of this island so we’re 
going to drive for a couple of hours today again we’re going to explore the West Park of the island 
while driving upwards right and then tomorrow we have a full day exploring the complete north 
of the country okay here we are parked the car there this is the shrine it is a Shrine Temple 
and I went to the family Mark but uh yeah they didn’t have a large coffee so I have to get a 
coffee later anyways I’m not sure if this is the entrance this is not probably not the entrance but 
this is another Shrine this is one of the entrance es and they have rainbow flag here guys I love 
that they have rainbow flag how nice is that at a religious place that’s perfect I’ve never seen 
a rainbow flag especially not two at a shrine or a temple I think that is very good you know 
people are moving on innovating and like you know evolving how do you say that like yeah because 
everyone is welcome you know that’s the whole   thing doesn’t matter who you fall in love with 
because you cannot have you can you cannot decide who you fall in love with it’s a feeling it just 
happens like why would you choose to be gay the whole world hates you like why would you choose 
that this just stupid but whatever anyways here they find it very okay so I am loving this Temple 
already I think we have to go walk around a little bit and then go into the other entrance there 
on the other side let’s see okay let me go down there’s some a lot of construction going on here 
but at least I could park my car for free up there on the hill oh well it showed the PE and then some 
Japanese signs so I don’t really understand oh here it is this is it I actually like this Temple 
because it has this soft orange color other than the red Rusty color from the wood or I don’t know 
like this is more soft more gentle I would say because also the wood they use has a light color 
and not dark brown so dark brown and red are the usual colors you know for temples and shrines 
but this one is light wood like cram wi wood with orange Soft Orange it’s perfect I think it’s 
really nice looks really good it’s beautiful to see the preserved history here it is so old this 
place and they have these um traditional sessions also going on right now that’s why people are 
dressed up to worship the place and the gods right and you don’t really see it because it’s behind 
glass this time but normally you would be able to really see and hear them I do hear some whistling 
but um yeah there’s glass here now I don’t know why probably because it’s AC cooled inside because 
we’re in a hot place yeah I think so [Music] you know guys I’m not religious myself but 
I always love to go to temples and churches   because they built it so many years ago like 
sometimes even hundreds of years ago and I just want to pay respect to like the Architects and 
the people that build it cuz it’s beautiful like   how could they even well that they could think 
about it I understand but how they could really make it and build the whole place like that is 
just impressive I’m walking back to the car we’re going to go get a coffee and then we’re driving 
to the botanical gardens the last stop before we drive all the way up to the north my God I’m 
very excited for that actually and all these US US Navy planes I looked on 24 radar 
Flight Radar 24 I always do that I love that but these planes are not visible also the 
one from yesterday with the two propellers was not visible flight ra on fly Raider so 
awesome I’m ready we have to drive 16 more minutes to the Botanical garding let 
me take one ZIP and then we’re going to go okay okay let’s go oh I cannot put my cup 
anywhere oh my God okay well in between my legs then oh my God this is dangerous 
okay this is the American base right   here guys and here you see perfectly how the 
Americans live here inside the base not all of them live on campus but most of them do 
and then they live right here there like a whole Community surrounded by a big big fence 
like they are in prison but they’re not you know they’re walking the dogs everywhere they 
have children playgrounds it’s really nice but I mean they have everything but yeah let me see 
I have to go to the left here to the Botanical G Gardens here we are nice botanical gardens right 
next to the base camp right next to Camp all right let’s just let’s just 
park right here [Music] oh [ __ ] oh my God okay we’re here here it is 
the entrance of the Botanical Gardens and look at the view nice looks like I’m in Colombia 
and they in the distance you see Towers from the Airfield you know from the Army Airfield 
Marine bases I mean imagine going to a place in a different country on the other side of the 
world the small island where you are working in the Army and literally they build everything 
around you you have your own radio station in your language and all types of restaurants that 
you’re used to and I don’t know like imagine that would you do that with your whole family move 
here to a camp we’ll see how beautiful these   botanical gardens are cuz I already booked the 
tickets online before so I have a QR code so I think I can just walk let’s go I got a nice 
sticker as an admission ticket that’s funny and the a free Pokémon sticker so I’ll be giving 
that to my brother too let’s see what this is guys it’s supposed to be very big and I also saw a 
capybaras on the picture how cool would it be if we see another capybara my God I still have my 
coffee wow this is nice animal Garden I want to go to the animal Garden oh my God there’s a school 
class with with there’s a school class with all with very little human beings with all a 
little orange hat on it’s so cute oh my God okay I’m already lost I thought the animal 
Garden was this way but I ended up in restaurant peace this cool class was so cute oh my God 
okay um no let’s just try the other side I want to go to the animal Garden I know I’m in 
a Botanical plant garden and I want to see the animals but of course I want to see the animals 
if they have capybaras I’m going to cry no not going to cry that’s not a price oh my guys the 
flowers are fake they are fake what I know it’s not really Flowers season but like come on guys 
I want to see real flowers well actually all the the pink ones along the road along the path they 
they’re all real so they do have real flowers this place is huge you can walk all the way there and 
there’s a lot of school classes everywhere here   from Camp they made a whole Pokémon station 
here that’s why it got the free Pokémon sticker oh there’s a cute little 
Bridge up the hill to a castle I see a castle well I bet like here on 
the American Camp they obviously have a lot of kids and all the women also come 
to Japan to live with their husbands on campus on camping on base I must say and then 
they go to school there so they also have to go to the botanical gardens to learn things 
right oh my God here is again the pineapple trees I’ve been to a lot of places in 
the world like tropical place but I’ve never seen pineapple trees like this is so 
cool but they’re not my favorite trees yet that are the palm trees okay let’s go over 
this bridge on to the castle oh my God there’s so many kids I can’t believe it there’s so 
many kids and these kids go to school here probably for years and years and then they grow 
up in Japan but within the US community so they probably don’t even speak Japanese and they’ll go 
to the states eventually all right let’s find the animal Garden cuz I do want to see if they have 
capybara here that would be fantastic fantastic   and then we will go we drive like 1 hour to the 
famous cave manzamo okay so there’s Overlook here animal Garden restaurant animal Garden okay so 
we have to go to the restaurant and then maybe on the other side of the restaurant there’s the 
animal animal Garden can’t wait for the animal   Garden or is this the animal Garden that they put 
all the here all the fish and they say here this is the animal Garden we put animals I hope not 
I want to see my capybara beautiful burst here but they’re kind of closed off in a separate 
area and the cages are very small so that’s   kind of sad but they’re beautiful they all the 
the pink ones are dancing together how cute is that sweeties I wish them a better life 
I think that’s it they’re doing Bird shows and then the birds are flying 
around you know maybe I hope for the because it’s pretty sad to be in a cage your 
whole life in that small cage oh my God I see real animals yes when I was younger I stole 
two chicks from the nest from these type of ducks muscus ducks they called and I raised them 
and they had the best life ever seriously and uh that at a certain point they were well she was 
her name was Daisy she was big enough and I was cycling and she was running after me to get her 
exercise you know I taught her how to swim I went in a rubber boat and she was very young and I 
went in the rubber boat and then I was holding her in the water so she could like you know but 
I was protecting her of course from dangerous   fish and stuff like that so I yeah I taught 
her how to swim and now she’s a grownup dog she got babies she’s so healthy and yeah like yes 
I stole her from the nest but she would have died these ones ghost like to climb that’s certainly 
what they’re doing my God they even have monkeys hair my goodness oh my God guys they have 
capybara yes they have capybara yes I see one capybara they have a capybara the capybara 
is in the same cage as the monkeys oh my God they do have a capybara I can’t believe it are 
there more capybara oh my god there are more capybara and you can cut them with the capybara 
I can’t believe it I paid so much money for the capybara and now you could I could touch them 
for free you know you see when a cppy bar is really enjoying it because the the hairs go 
straight up you know then you know that they   love it and they actually make this kind of a 
bird dragon sound but I did not hear her make that sound so that’s kind of weird but but then 
there in the cage there’s one capybara that’s probably the m and these are three female right 
that’s probably it that’s why they’re separated they don’t want baby capybara I don’t understand 
because I would love baby capybara but I could imagine that it’s a little bit too much oh 
these capybara my God but the school kids love it oh she loves it oh she loves it wow but I’m 
going say their water is very dirty though very dirty that’s my friend right there she’s my 
friend and there we have two more and the being scratched oh that was actually amazing 
I did not expect so many capybara and I did not expect to cuddle with one oh my gosh he 
enjoyed it so much and then in the meantime I think the air base is right there the Airfield 
because Jets all the time like four Jets came right behind each other and then big army planes 
yeah so many jets and army planes all the time well okay that’s I guess what people have to deal 
with here right at least it’s kind of safe because there’s plenty of military keeping the island safe 
and secure three monkeys were chasing each other and these kids go crazy oh my God kill him destroy 
him crazy and then the monkey obviously got more energy where you because are like what the hell 
is going on you know oh my God it’s so funny to   hear these kids like their penso like their their 
thoughts like what they what they think what they say it’s so funny and then thinking that they’re 
all Army kids right they’re all like one at least one of their parents father or mother is in the 
Army here or in the Marine I must I keep saying Army and I know that they’re like differences but 
to me it’s all Army you know military whatever oh it’s almost time for lunch then we’re going 
to the cave the famous beautiful cave oh there more goats here on an island walking around the 
park here the part that I haven’t seen yet and then go back to the car and we will be on our 
way right because we want to see more nature   we want to see more of the island and we have 
to drive all the way up to the north so we have quite a road trip to do today but it’s going 
to be fun let’s see let’s go I can’t believe it’s they have vending machines literally 
everywhere oh my goodness that’s so funny oh what is this we missed out on this one 
there’s more wait there’s more okay I want to see the palm tree alley for sure oh my 
God I didn’t know that there were two parts you have to go to the exit and then walk to the 
other side of the parking lot and there there’s   another part of the garden amazing maybe they 
have more capybaras I don’t think so the animal Garden was there but whatever we’re going to 
see the Palm Tree Garden oo I’m excited okay so I do see a lot of palm trees but where is the 
palm tree alley that is the question yeah they’re definitely more palm trees here so island 
is I love that I missed that after a month Mainland Japan main island Japan I would say 
this seems very close the only thing that’s open is the vending machine what’s new or that 
one isn’t even working either crazy oh there comes another us plane US military plane all off- 
Raider I got this one is cool too what is that the weirdest planes honestly I have to look up 
what different military planes are is it isn’t it there down there okay let’s walk around 
we go there all right here we are let’s see I don’t think the pum trees are that tall 
but this is the alley but on the picture it looks so different like tall palm trees these 
are not tall look at this one it’s almost my length look at these small ones these called 
bottle palm trees I’m not kidding bottle palm trees oh you can see why right they look like 
bottles and there’s supposed to be a horse here too but I think the horse is also on vacation 
cuz I don’t see any horse all right let’s go to the cave monamo right now and after that we 
will have Ramen for lunch and then we drive around the whole West peninsula of Okinawa hey 
wait a second is this it is this isn’t this the alley anyway so uh yeah that’s what we’re 
going to do Drive the Westside peninsula of Okinawa and then we will have sushi for dinner 
because there’s also Hama sushi right there at the center of the Okinawa Island where 
I’m going to stay so that’s perfect perfect so let’s go back to the car and then 
we will be on our way to the famous [Music] [Music]
