I soaked 2 salmon fillets in sake and salt overnight and got up early this morning to dry one of them to have for breakfast. sometimes I just prefer the salty crispy simplicity of dried salted salmon. As I usually do, I also had some mild kimchi and cucumber sunomono on the side.
Overall, today's breakfast was very simple and small but still nutritious and satisfying. I'll probably save the second salmon fillet for dinner ♥︎
