Any chance somebody could help me properly translate some of the menu for me?

I see it has very very interesting things to try and I'm very eager to have most of the things I could Google translate (except the fish sperm sac) 😂

For example I know the first part is sashimi, I think I would go for that, but I don't understand prices very well.. the 2400 yen is for a whole sashimi plate?

Also, could someone explain how the mullet roe taste? 😜
