A5 Wagyu Striploin | Cooked in Its Own Fat | Simplicity at Its Best π―π΅π₯
This was an A5 BMS-10 Striploin, cooked as simply as possible.
No butter. No oil.
Just the fat from the steak itself, slowly rendered on a steel pan.
We didnβt season beforehand, not to follow tradition, but to let the beef speak for itself.
After resting, we added a small pinch of salt to lift the umami and a touch of black pepper to complete the balance.
Sometimes the best steak is not the most complicated one.

Waygu steaks suck. They shrink to nothing and there's no flavot. Get a Prime rib steak.
