Udon noodle help

Hi!

Some sweet friends brought these thick udon noodles back from their trip in Japan. Looking for any recipes/guidance on how to prepare. They’re not the usual udon noodles I’m accustomed to and couldn’t find too much online. I’m excited to try them and hoping to do them justice in my home kitchen. Thank you for your consideration 🙂
