AIRDO (Air Do) is implementing special ticket handling due to expected impacts from snow.
As of 3:00 p.m. on November 7 (JST), the special handling applies to flights arriving at or departing from Sapporo/New Chitose on the same day from 3:00 p.m. onward, and to some flights serving Asahikawa and Memanbetsu on the same day.
In addition, on the Tokyo/Haneda–Sapporo/New Chitose route, maintenance work following a lightning strike has resulted in the cancellation of 4 flights on November 7 and 6 flights on November 8.
Tickets for the applicable flights can be changed, rebooked, or refunded free of charge, regardless of delays or cancellations.
