Yuzu can be used on fish, meats, veggies, rice as a condiment.
Do a google search for yuzu kosho. Dab it on whatever you want. Especially grilled or fatty meats and fish. Itโs salty though so start small.

It’s very well with udon or soba.
This is good for Gyo-Za.
