Just minutes from Shin-Kobe Station, I took the Kobe Nunobiki Ropeway up Mt. Rokko’s steep slopes, where the views stretched across Kobe, Osaka, and even Wakayama.🚡👀✨

At the summit, the Nunobiki Herb Gardens welcomed me with seasonal blooms.🌻🌿 I wandered peaceful trails lined with herbs, spices, vegetables, and flowers, all backed by breathtaking city panoramas below.🌄

Lunch at The Veranda at Kobe is a must. On the outdoor terrace, I tucked into a Japanese beef burger on pumpkin-marigold buns, paired with refreshing herb tea.🍔🍵🌿

The Herb Garden also runs hands-on workshops, where I crafted my own herbal potpourri – the perfect souvenir.🛍️💐 After a day of walks, great food, and fun, a nap on the hammock lawn was a relaxing way to wrap up.💭🍃
