Round-up of things to do in Odaiba, in Tokyo Bay. There’s a lot more than the giant Gundam! Ideas for shopping, places to go, attractions, museums, sights and boat trips.
Odaiba’s an area of man-made land in Tokyo bay. There’s so much to do and it’s definitely worth visiting. It’s a lot more spacious than the rest of the city, and there’s lots of futuristic architecture to take photos of. The seaside park’s really lovely on a sunny day, but there are lots of things to do on a rainy day too, including shopping malls (Venus Fort, Aqua City Odaiba, Decks Tokyo Beach & Diver City Tokyo Plaza), science museums (my favourite is Miraikan), tourist attractions like TeamLab Borderless, the Digital Art Museum and even an onsen (Oedo Onsen Monogatari).
