This beautiful place has many to explore and one of them is Yokote City and this city has its own signature dish, Yokote Yakisoba or Stir Fried Noodles of Yokote, slightly different from ordinary Yakisoba, because it uses thicker noodles and the taste is a little different, tastier and there are variations in flavor
In Hokkaiya Restaurant you can try Muslim Friendly Yokote Yakisoba , because they use Halal certified chicken meat and Halal certified yakisoba sauce for Muslim customer, they even use a separate frying pan for Muslim customers to avoid cross-contamination with pork/Non-Halal Meat.
