Trying Wagyu Gyukatsu in Kyoto π―π΅
Come with me to try Wagyu in Kyoto, Japan. This place specializes in Wagyu cutlets that you cook yourself on a hot stone. After cooking it, I dipped the meat in egg yolk for extra flavor. Was so good, the texture was unreal. And to top it off, I got a matcha beer.
