Godzilla, the King of Monsters, is set to take over Japan’s gateway to the world.

The official Godzilla franchise’s X account announced that a massive new monument dedicated to Godzilla is going to land at Haneda Airport Terminal 3, as part of the “HANEDA GODZILLA GLOBAL PROJECT”. The Giant Godzilla monument is expected to be 131 ft. wide and 20 ft. tall, and will be located in Haneda Airport’s Terminal 3 Departure Lobby. The immersive experience will also extend to the Arrival Lobby, featuring graphics of Godzilla and a statue inspired by the Academy Award-winning film, Godzilla Minus One.

These Godzilla installations are scheduled to appear at Haneda Airport in late December 2025 and will remain on display until late December 2026. Travelers visiting Japan during this period should not miss the opportunity to see the King of Monsters in person.
