$20 Wagyu Feast in Kagoshima, Japan 🇯🇵

Go. Okay. So, that’s my veggies that I decided to order. And these are my three portions. So, one of them was ribs. One of them was just Wagu and one of them was thinly sliced Wagyu with two different kinds. That one looks like bacon. So, start with this. Absolutely. Glorious. And it cooks really quickly. It’s already Yeah, it’s all stuck. I think I’ve uh I think I’ve done this wrong. I think that’s what the lemon’s for. I think you’re supposed to put the lemon cuz it’s all stuck to the thing. I think you’re supposed to put the lemon on Oh my god, I’m making a mess. I think I think you’re supposed to rub Actually, I think you’re supposed to rub the lemon on it. so that it doesn’t stick. I’m pretty sure that’s what it’s for. But it’s all um I’ve wrecked it. Yeah, I’ve made I’ve made an absolute dog’s dinner of this, guys. I’ve uh cuz it’s all sticking to the grill. Look, an absolute dog’s dinner. I see. Now that I put the lemon on, it’s much better. It’s uh it’s not sticking so much. Yeah, like that. I think it’s better to just do one piece at a time and then you can kind of like end for it. You can look after it, make sure it’s not getting burnt. And it was already marinated, so no need to. They gave me some kind of dipping sauce there. Maybe try that out later, but for now Oh. Oh, well. It tastes like pure like beef fat. It’s uh too small. Yeah. It’s all fatty and tender and then crispy char grilled. Oh, wow. So, I did the lemon trick first. Ah, see this time it just Wow, that’s much better. Yeah. So, you guys can learn from my mistake yet again. Another mistake I make for you guys. So, you come to a restaurant like this, you’ll know what you’ll know what to do with the lemon. Oh, there’s another lemon there as well. Okay, I should get a bit of veg going as well. And the ribs. Wagu. Wagu ri. They gave me scissors for this. Oh, yeah. Oh. Oh, no. It’s like uh it tastes like bacon.
