This event is part of the “TOHOKU SMILE ACTION” initiative, which aims to foster children’s dreams through baseball and sports and bring energy and excitement to Tohoku. Targeting fifth-graders who belong to youth sports clubs, the event aims to motivate them through interactions with professional baseball players, encourage them to grow into role models for their teams as they reach their final year next year, and create new connections with teammates from different schools and teams. Applications can be made through the dedicated form on the team’s website by 11:59 PM on Monday, November 3rd (national holiday).
