Trying Japanese soul food for the first time! 📍Tsukiji Market, Tokyo

We’re in Tokyo trying Japanese soul food for the first time. Now, this is supposedly a legendary street food in Japan. They’ve been cooking this beef in the same pot for 17 years. So, we got beef organs top of the raw egg. That’s either going to be incredible or terrible. There’s no in between. But when something’s been cooking in the same pot for 17 years, you got to try it. Like, you don’t have a choice. That’s so hearty and warm. It almost tastes like a bowl of Japanese chili. The intestines is definitely a unique texture. It’s a little bit chewy, but it actually tastes way better than it sounds. Stewed beef organs isn’t the most appealing dish. But when you take a bite, you’re like, “Okay, actually I understand the hype around Japanese soul food.” Also, this whole bowl is $6. That’s a phenomenal deal. It almost looks like uh something that’s served in Harry Potter, like a magic stew. It’s so comforting.

  4. You know they are well known for calling something a sort of type of beef but it ends up being something else. You’re probably eating dog organs or cat organs.

  5. You do have a choice man you could choose not to eat it you said it coz you wanted a few likes that’s fine by me but try making more realistic content !! 😅
