Budget airline Jetstar Japan has resumed its flights between Manila and Osaka (Kansai) after nearly six years. 

“During the winter flight schedule period (26 October, 2025 – 28 March, 2026), the airline will operate up to seven return trips per week using Airbus A320 aircraft,” the statement read. 

“The launch of the Manila-Kansai route will expand travel options for our customers and further enhance convenience. With Manila-Kansai route, Jetstar Japan will now operate two international routes to and from Kansai during the winter flight schedule period, including the existing Kansai-Taipei (Taoyuan) service,” it added.

The Manila-Osaka (Kansai) flight will depart at 2:40 a.m. and will arrive at 7:25 a.m.

Meanwhile, the Osaka (Kansai)-Manila flight departs at 10:00 p.m. and arrives at 1:40 a.m. (+1). —Vince Angelo Ferreras/LDF, GMA Integrated News
