IS THIS REALLY JAPAN? 🇯🇵 Naha Okinawa Island Will Shock You!

I have no idea like no feeling at all that 
I’m in Japan and nice wow guys no one has been here in a long time it’s not hot but it’s 
not cold either it’s only the whole time I don’t like that does pineapple grow on a tree it is so 
beautiful I love it this is completely different from all the other Japans that you have seen 
online so soft delicious be like I need to PE [Music] guys I’m in my car I got a coffee from the 
7-Eleven but I cannot put it anywhere there is no cup holder in this car look there’s like an 
rrest but here in the middle there’s nothing and here’s nothing I cannot put my coffee anywhere 
so I think I just have to hold it and drink it and then yeah throw it away somewhere in a 
country with no trash cans oh my god well it is a beautiful day guys it’s going to be 22° that 
is awesome because I been in Mainland Japan kind of it’s still an island but it’s kind of Mainland 
Tokyo and every everything and it was 5° in Rain almost every day so I’m very happy to be in a 
place and still in Japan where it is over 20° it’s going to be 23° today so I’m very happy I even got 
extra clothes with me tank tops and shorts if I’m getting too hot right but now it’s very early in 
the morning it’s 7:30 so I am wearing this jacket still because it is uh right now it’s 18° which is 
feeling hot to me but in fact it’s not so hot so I don’t want to get sick right uh all right I got my 
GoPro everything with me so I’m ready for the road trip today we’re going to explore ok now and it’s 
going to be awesome I’m 100% sure we’re going to go check out some different beaches and try to go 
to a kind of remote beach that looked so beautiful on Google Map so I want to check it out and it 
is 1 and 1/2 hour drive from here where I am right now get ready get your juice and a popcorn 
or whatever because we’re about to start with this amazing adventure here in Okinawa Japan I’m 
just happy to be here all right let’s go [Music] all right guys I quickly parked a car let’s see 
yeah because this is a beautiful Viewpoint where I’m at oh my God I already took off my jacket 
because it’s too hot oh wow guys we see the sea here look at it wow I have no idea like 
no feeling at all that I’m in Japan it really feels like maybe New Zealand or something because 
it’s it’s so green The Greenery here the plants the trees are so green like it’s a very bright 
green right it’s just beautiful with the Villas everywhere yeah it’s a nice place to live I 
think well let’s hop in the car and move on with our road trip oh one bad thing though um 
I don’t have a charger with me only a charger of my uh Power Bank this cord that I have here 
in the car is not working it’s it’s not charging my phone I’m not sure if I’m going to make it 
so maybe I have to like stop at a Starbucks to like charge my power bank and charge my 
phone oh well it’s fine we’ll see how we’re going to survive today it’s like a 15 minutes 
more drive to the first stop that I wanted to make actually this is the first stop but the real 
intentional stop is around uh yeah a few minutes uh away and there will be the first Beach also 
so let’s see oh and you know what the radio here why is she talking she’s probably like welcoming 
me uh the radio here what I want to say is very bad like the signal is very bad like I have a 
radio station I could only find one that has clear sound right and then after like driving two 
miles then it just it disappears completely the connection is gone and they don’t really play 
music they talk a lot so I don’t really like it and I cannot connect my phone so too bad but 
whatever I don’t have anything to complain I wish it was different but it’s fine and I brought my 
water of course this time I got it all right let’s drive all right here we are guys first stop 
first Beach Okinawa Beach it is very early in the morning so there is no one yet so the whole Beach 
is empty wow and I think it’s also closed offu the beach is also closed off but nice wow guys this is 
it look how blue the water is it’s actually really blue there with the with the rock formations there 
nice real Japanese Beach how nice that as I said today is going to be a hot day but it’s still 
early in the morning so it’s doable it’s kind of chilly I would say not really it’s it’s okay it’s 
the breeze is nice and with the sun is is warming me up I bed during the day when it’s hotter it 
will be crowded full of people here I’m even I’m wearing my sunglasses but it’s still bright to my 
eyes so luckily I have my cat with me I think the water is very blue but I don’t see Japanese people 
swim so yesterday I asked the guy do Japanese people swim and he’s like the Japanese people from 
Okinawa this island they do swim but the ones from Mainland kind of like Tokyo they don’t swim 
different type of Japanese I mean I could have have like a coffee or something but the only thing 
that’s open are the vending machines it is so early that all the restaurants are still closed so 
I won’t be able to stay here any longer cuz what am I going to do just sit and look at the beach 
while my phone is almost dying and we have three more hours to drive or more I think we should 
uh keep on driving right and then go to our next stop and see if there is some more people there 
maybe open restaurant that I can have a drink would be nice let’s go there’s my car here’s 
a parking lot completely empty but you’re not allowed to park then you have parking lots 
over there there and up there there but that costs 500 yen I always hat it so much that you 
have to pay so much money for parking just to put your car somewhere I know 500 yen is 
not so much but it’s just annoying like why do you have to pay so much for parking 
it’s ridiculous I think Amsterdam in my home country has the highest parking rate of 
over like €26 an hour like I get that you want to ban cars from the city center but like 
this is just a scam literally all right let’s go look at this guys wow amazing oh I just turned off the radio because 
uh yeah it’s only the whole time I don’t like that anyway anyways I’ve been driving now uh 
for over an hour and it’s really nice the roads are pretty good I would say there’s a lot of 
traffic lights they love their traffic lights here haven’t seen any police so I’m not sure if 
that is good or a bad thing um not so many people on the road I have no idea what day oh it’s 
Thursday today so it’s a weekday so I would expect more people on the road but this is more 
like the part of the island that is more remote right there’s only like a few small villages 
but it’s pretty far away from the big city and I think there is where everyone works so 
everyone goes to the city so that’s why it’s pretty empty here we are uh driving around 
uh the coastal line here and we’re almost arriving at our next stop which is another Beach 
really nice I’m going to show you which beach it is I’ll obviously put the name in the screen 
that is so pretty I can’t believe it amazing all right guys second stop and actually the beach I wanted to go to was uh 
a little bit unreachable because the beach is literally on the other side of this hill 
here but Google Maps sent me into a little road but it was like an unmaintained very small 
oneway Street up road so I was like okay let’s just park here I saw this car standing here I 
can just park my car here and enjoy the views because that is uh what we’re ultimately going 
to do right I still wearing my long pants and actually it’s fine no troubles yet this is it oh 
we can even walk I think I’ll let my car there we’ll walk that way and it’s uh beautiful 
with the with the mountains there it really reminds me of New Zealand it’s the same kind 
of rocky shores also nice okay let’s walk there let’s see if we can arrive at the beach this 
way and we park for free there so it’s perfect then we can just walk to the beach and then 
check it out the water is very blue and I actually want to touch the water to see how 
hot it is if it’s warm or if it’s cold okay let’s go down and touch the water because I 
really want to feel the temperature okay God okay this is good perfect perfect perfect 
perfect perfect perfect okay we’re here oh it’s not hot but it’s not cold either 
I think this is perfect if you are at the beach look what I see what is that is that 
pineapple no way is that pineapple is this a fruit can you eat this or is this pineapple 
no right this is the pineapple does pineapple grow on a tree no way you’re you got to 
be kidding me this is not a pineapple let me know down in the comments if you know 
what this is help me out this is amazing I’ve never seen this I have to research that also 
because now I want to know if pineapples grow on a tree I have no idea how pineapples grow 
actually we are arriving at a dead ends like a dead end I see a stairs so we can go up maybe 
we have nice views let’s see where we end up no escalator this time but just stairs it’s fine 
there’s no one here where did that scooter come from my god oh I hope we get some nice 
view oh are there like dangerous animals here snakes or anything I I hear a bird but that’s 
about it no one has been here in a long time [Music] nice Tower what is this what are we 
getting ourselves into oh my goodness I think this is 
another dead end guys dead end yeah dead end I run up these stairs 
just to get to this place that’s a dead end well okay never mind I’m going back down 
looking at the views over to see oh my God I’m really tired oh my goodness anyways 
let’s go oh my God I always have this I always literally Drive the wrong I was 
just so busy recording that I literally just drove to the wrong I just tooro you know 
all the way straight but I had to turn right at some point okay well it doesn’t matter I 
have the whole day and how what time is it almost 11:00 a.m. so we literally have the 
whole day to drive okay here we go [Music] guys we are at the third place where I wanted 
to stop well almost uh we actually drove past it because I wanted to drive to the very end of 
this little peninsula here which I did there’s not much here I didn’t expect it actually but um I saw 
these huge grasshoppers literally flying all over when I was driving in this little road but 
now I don’t see them oh I think there’s one there they’re huge and let me walk to them 
let’s see if it’s one it is one look how big it is and then it flies off and it’s 
like a bird you see it’s beautiful though I also have to pee very badly so let’s up 
in the car drive to the famous beautiful beach there because I already saw the it’s so 
beautiful oh my God it’s like I’m in in Bali or tenar or whatever okay let’s drive back 
find a toilet and the beach let’s [Music] go all right guys we’re here there is this 
little place where you can probably have a drink hello for what what is it ad this 
is Beach oh okay yeah just want to look I don’t want to be in the beach no no 
no parking tou oh okay okay can I just pee 400 I said to pee H to pee I need to pee 
pee like I need to pee just PE there okay he really wants me to pay 400 Yen oh here’s the 
beach oh yeah I see oh there’s a toilet good yeah I got it I’m not going to go to the beach 
that’s fine right well I peed so that’s good and as you can see I changed my pants for short 
pants Oh this is way better I love it it is great temperature amazing let’s see if we can find 
another place to see a beach a little bit further down there is another place where I can park the 
car and show you the beautiful Cliffs oh my God in the Blue Water it is so beautiful I 
love it and then we’re going to find a place to have lunch because it’s already 
lunchtime and I’m getting a bit hungry so yeah let’s see what we’re going to find oh my 
God I’m so excited guys I parked a car kind of illegally there because I wanted to show 
you this look look at this wait the water is so blue and then on the other side oh my 
goodness it’s so beautiful here’s the bridge we cross look how blue the water is guys 
oh my Lord little statue wow look at that [Music] my God guys this side is maybe even prettier 
than the other side oh my God not sure if I’m allowed to walk here but look look at 
this blue water white sand this is Japan this is completely different from all the 
other Japans that you have seen online the nice Tokyo Japan look at this oh my God insane 
okay we’re on our way to our fourth right is it the fourth place that we’re going to visit today 
on the road trip it is only 30 minute drive and it’s supposed to be uh very nice very cultural 
not going to tell you what it is yet you will see it in just a few moments I wanted to quickly 
look back to the conversation I have with that guy in the beach like 400 yen is not so much but 
I literally just wanted to like take some pictures and that’s it right I did not want to lay on 
the beach and enjoy the day there right cuzz I want to see the island so I’m on my way 
I mean I understand that you have to pay admission if you want to enjoy the beach and 
spend the day there but like I wasn’t going to do that so why would I pay you know budget 
traveling guys budget traveling but with that being said let’s just jump to the next location 
where we’re going to make a stop let’s go well I arrived but uh it’s not really what I expected 
I wanted to go to like a bunker with beautiful views Over the Sea and the shore and whatnot you 
know like history cultural history but um it’s a Bull Arena Google Maps pictures are completely 
different well well anyways I decided to go to the botanic gardens now but before we go there 
we have to eat something and I chose Hama Sushi this is one of the famous sushi places here in 
Okinawa and it’s very cheap so I’m very hungry so let’s go there have a bite and then we drive 
to the botanical gardens that is also a real must visit here in Okinawa so I’ve been told so 
let’s do that and then uh yeah I’m so hungry oh my God my God I’m so hungry and it’s so 
cheap here the two of salmon 110 uh rice with salmon rice with tuna 110 amazing 
soy marinated order oh wait I need to edit oh yeah more tuna yes I love it oh look 
and here’s all the am manes amazing wow got all the salsas and this what is this I 
think that’s water yeah water little B A cup nice not water this place is really 
nice I love it they have so much also a whole meat section and then oh [ __ ] 
smoked duck no I don’t what that but yeah so many meat different meat W you beef even 
oh oh we arrive oh nice amazing I thought I had to click um like order it for real 
but if you click on order it is already ordered logic but I thought maybe it’s like 
I put it my cart oh there’s another thing arriving thank you oh my God my table is 
going to be full wait a second okay guys here we got everything here’s the Wu the 
salmon three types of salmon this that that and all the different types of soya sauce here 
you have kushu Haka Kai Shoku and special yes I’m going for the special oh my God guys 
I put the price in screen right now what this cost 924 Yen that is nothing this is 
so much Sushi insane now I’m going to eat it wow insane So Soft delicious and a 
free tea you don’t even have to worry about ordering a drink no get it for free amazing great place guys this is insane I just 
paid 574 for all that Sushi 574 I can’t believe it well but I have something bad to to say cuz um 
unfortunately I cannot buy any tickets anymore for the Botanical Garden right now only availability 
for tomorrow so what I’m going to do is I’m going to buy the tickets now for tomorrow tomorrow and 
then we go tomorrow and then right now we’re going to do something else we have to go to the Pokémon 
Center still so maybe we can do that because we’re close and then after that we go to another nice 
Beach or another nice somewhere I’ll let you know okay let’s go I’m on the third floor which is 
actually just the main floor with the parking lot but okay it’s the third floor we’re going 
to have to go down to the first floor because there is the Apple Store uh the Apple Store the 
Pokémon Store uh and I went to the Pokémon Store in Tokyo and in Osaka and in both places they 
recommended me to go here in OK Okinawa because um it is less popular right less tourism 
so more chances that they have my pack of cards let’s hope let’s find it and I feel 
very touristic I feel like a real gidy now because of the only one almost the only 
one was short pants I’ve seen only girls with uh skirts but no one has short pants so I 
feel a bit bit of an outsider oh I already see Pokémon there okay I think we walk the right 
direction all right let’s go let’s [Music] go all right I bought some more porum cards 
but the ones that I wanted to buy 151 is not available Unfortunately they said that 
also here it’s been sold out for over for a month and look at this huge as aquarium 
here in the middle it’s like Dubai here so big oh my God I could literally watch fish 
for hours honestly it’s so amazing wow there’s like a cow on a dut it wow let’s go 
to the car to the American village [Music] [Music] magnificent like I don’t have any 
other words dis guys is insane
