Sweet Lemon Oven Roasted Tomato ,
In a tiny stainless steel pot pour in,
A. 1.5 tablespoons of Okunomatsu Tokubetsu Junmai Sake.
B. 2 tablespoons of Wan Ja Shan Mirin Sweet Cooking Wine,
Heat covered on highest heat for 1 minute.
Turn heat down to medium for 2 minutes with lid on.
Pour mixture into a bowl.
Mix in juice from ½ a lemon.
Preheat oven to 400.
Pour .5 tablespoon of each of white wine vinegar , red wine vinegar , and extra virgin olive into a small glass baking pan,
Halve the tomato, and put them into the pan skin side up.
Put pan in oven for 15 minutes.
Flip the tomatoes,
Put pan in oven for another 30 minutes,
Take it out, and then pour lemon mixture over the tomatoes,
Pour a .5 tablespoon of sugar ontu the tomatoes and liquid,
Roast the tomatoes again. This time for only 15 minutes,
Pour everything into a bowl.
Minced Tofu Steak with Ground Sakura Pork
- In a cast iron, mix in the following with your hands
1 cup , which is about .4 pounds of Ground Sakura Pork,
1/16 tsp white pepper,
½ of a Wen’s Spiced Tofu Steak minced,
½ garlic,
2 tbsp of reduced sodium Kikkoman,
2 tbsp cooking michui,
½ carrot minced,
¼ onion,
½ celery,
.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin,
.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chili Bean Sauce Toban ,
1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sweet Bean Sauce,
Heat on highest heat for 2 minutes, while stirring.
Turn heat down to medium for 3 minutes, while stirring.

No oil is needed because Sakura Pork is already very oily.
Celery should be minced.
The onion should be a yellow onion and it should be diced.
Garlic should be chopped.
The pork recipe is for 2 servings.
