When I heard Ai Ga Hashiru for the first time, I legit thought I was listening to a Japanese cover of The Boxer, upon some quick further analysis, I discovered that they have:
similar tempo, (low 90s bpm) near-identical chord progression, both open with a soft acoustic intro, their vocal phasing follows nearly the exact same contour, and of course they both have the "lie la lie" chorus
Please tell me I'm not the only one who's noticed this lol, (or at least tell me im not going crazy) I haven't been able to anything online about it at all
