Saitama Seibu’ “LIONS THANKS FESTA 2025” will feature numerous “up-close” interaction events

The Saitama Seibu’ fan appreciation event, “LIONS THANKS FESTA 2025,” will be held at Belluna Dome on Sunday, November 23rd (national holiday). This year’s theme is “Connecting at an overwhelmingly close distance,” and numerous events will be held where fans can interact directly with players. Tickets went on sale today on the official ticket site, The Lions Ticket (web), and a special event website was also launched.

Anyone with a viewing ticket can participate in events such as high-five and handing out warmers by players, a baseball experience corner, and “Roaring Rock!” for junior high school students and younger. 2025 Fan Club members can also take part in even more events through a lottery, including an autograph session with players at the Prospi Training center fielder (indoor practice facility) with photo opportunities, playing catch with players, and a foot bath greeting where you can enjoy conversation.

On ground, baseball match between players will be held for the first time in about 20 years. All players will participate, and in addition to serious competition, there will be unpredictable special rules, making it an event full of entertainment elements. There will also be a stage performance by pitcher Hiroshi Kaino who was well received last year, as well as a stage performance by official mascot Leo Lina and performers Blue Legends.

Additionally, the “2025 Draft New Players Announcement Event” will be held during the Thanks Festa. New players, including Meiji University’s Taiga Kojima, who was selected first overall in the draft, will be shown wearing jersey for the first time and will announce their future aspirations.

◇ Saitama Seibu Fall Camp Participant Player Changes

Saitama Seibu has announced changes to the players participating in their fall training camp. Taiyo Sato will be participating in the Nango Fall Training Camp, which will be held at Nango Central Park. The camp will run from Thursday, October 30th to Monday, November 17th.
