The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will host a special event titled “WIPO GREEN: Connect, Expand, and Deploy” on October 7 and 8, 2025 at the United Nations Pavilion during Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
This event will showcase the potential of green technologies in addressing global environmental challenges. Centered around WIPO GREEN, WIPO’s matchmaking platform for green technologies, the event will feature presentations from speakers representing startups and leading companies. Each speaker will introduce their cutting-edge technologies and initiatives, and explain how these innovations relate to intellectual property in an accessible and engaging way.
Attendees can also enjoy a fun quiz based on the speakers’ presentations. Correct answers may win you exciting prizes! The event is designed to be approachable for everyone, including those without a technical or environmental background.
