So, we’ve got a hashimaki, which is a Japanese food from the night market in Chiang Mai from a guy called Ken. He’s here called Ken Hashimakis by social media and that thingy. But this is like a savory pancake. We got bacon and cheese. Um, he’s told us how to eat it, so we didn’t make a mistake. You got to take the sticks out and then eat it with a spoon. So, I’m going to give it a go. But hopefully it’s a bit of something different compared to your normal Thai food. That That’s a nine. That’s an 8.9 8.9 out of 10. I recommend Ken Hashimaki.
