●This time, we introduce a one-day trip to Hakone, a tourist spot rich in nature less than 100 km from Tokyo.
At Hakone, so much of Japan’s appeals are concentrated here – Mount Fuji, hot spring baths, shrines, Lake Ashi, and more – you’ll spend a day refreshed and powered up by nature.

Hakone Shrine, Kuzuryu Shrine, and Hakone-motomiya are the three power spots of Lake Ashi.
They are connected in a triangle within the nature surrounded Lake Ashi and Mount Komagatake, and they have a sacred atmosphere.
①Hakone Shrine ( ⇨2:18 )
Hakone Ashinoko (Lake Ashi) is where the gods dwell. Located on the shore of the lake, the shrines here are where gods have been venerated since ancient times and were called Kanto Sogo Hakone Daigongen. The gods at each shrine are believed to offer divine virtues of traffic safety, fulfillment of wishes, exorcism/good luck.
In addition, this is also a power spot representing Hakone for prayers of safe delivery and family safety.
②Kuzuryu Shrine ( ⇨5:45 )
Located within the “Hakone Kuzuryu Forest” on the shore of Lake Ashi, it is a holy place of the dragon god faith where the legend of Lake Ashi’s Kuzuryu is still told to this day.
Today, the dragon god is worshipped by many people for good luck, wealth protection, business prosperity, and most importantly for matchmaking.
③Hakone-motomiya ( ⇨8:08 )
Shinden Hakone Shrine in the sky is located on the summit of Mount Komagatake and is a place of mountain worship with Reiho Shrine to the north. It is the rear shrine of Hakone Shrine and is a popular place as the power spot above the clouds.
④Amazake-chaya ( ⇨10:22 )
It is an amazake-chaya (sweet sake teahouse) founded in the early Edo period. You can enjoy the unchanged taste since the ancient Edo period.
The current owner of Amazake-chaya is the 13th generation owner. The teahouse is known for the amazake made using the same method since the Edo period without any additives.
With the appearance of good and old Japan, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Edo period.

今では開運隆盛、金運守護、商売繁盛、そして何より、縁結びの竜神様として多くの人に崇められている。

天空の神殿箱根神社は、駒ヶ岳山頂にある、雲の上のパワースポット。
北には霊峰神社を拝し、かつてより山岳信仰が行われた。
④甘酒茶屋 ( ⇨10:22 )
江戸初期創業の甘酒茶屋。江戸の昔から変わらない甘酒を楽しめる。
現在の店主は十三代目で、代々受け継がれた製法で作った、無添加の甘酒が名物。
古き良き日本の佇まいで、江戸時代の風情が楽しめる。
